Received my first order after a delay…
Received my first order after a delay of a couple of weeks due to stock shortages, so I believe. Dickies did call me to explain and offer an apology, so fair enough. Sadly the garments were the wrong size, so I parcelled them up and sent them back, using the free returns service. I was given a full refund, but then had to re-order the products in the sizes I wanted as, oddly, Dickies do not offer an exchange service!!!

Great all-round experience. Great communication, easy to navigate/order site, very good prices, well packed items and a speedy delivery.
Ordered 15" khaki multi pocket shorts and as expected they are a great quality and fit. Will defiantly use this site again. Recommended.

Great company with fantastic communication. There was a slight delay to delivering my items due to the company moving into a new warehouse. They contacted me with a personal phone call to inform me of the delay and when i could expect my items which i was very thankful for and thought was above and beyond what most companies would have done. For this reason as well as the high quality of their products I will always recommend them to anyone. And will continue to buy their products.

Poor delivery communication
everything was fine during the order until i received confirmation via email & text stating a quick delivery time of a couple days, i then receive another email (on the due delivery date) stating my delivery will not be sent out till the end of the month which was confusing.
