One hundred times l,ess than à star .Trying to get helo from them is impossible I spent nearly two hours trying to get help and think I eventually managed to get a message through but have not heard back .My problem being they sent à Kogan freezer that has a shocking smell and this morning on examination I found the metal plates on the sides have not bee sealed properly and the Pro chlorine gas or whatever it’s called is leaking out .Its no wonder Ihave been having a shocking headache because the gas is dangerous and can be lethal Thankfully I never attached it to power and now it’s sitting under the verandah so it’s out in fresh air I am really upset !Margaret Connell

Ordered and submitted a cancellation within minutes, but it was still shipped anyway.
Be aware this is a marketplace item. Even though it’s on DickSmith, you’re dealing directly with a third-party seller and the return process is very different.

God Awful Service
The customer service that this and Kogan offer are genuinely the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They are not happy to help with any issues and always assume that the delivery will always be as late as humanly possible. They are not happy to give shipping updates and will inform you there is always a reason for late shipping and there is nothing they can do. The products are also always subpar quality, definitely not worth the hassle of having to deal with terrible shipping delays/service and the awful customer service. Spend the extra coin and deal with someone reputable.

When ordering, the full address was left off the shipping details. ( Otherwise 5 stars). Maybe it was me, but I generally ace these things. I responded hysterically by sending off several customer assistance requests, trying to rectify the error before dispatch. these were met with friendliness, understanding and quick reassurance that all detail was now there. Real communication to calm me and provide clarifying information. SO unusual to get real communication, addressing my specific concerns. Very grateful.

Terrible in every way
Every experience with D Smith is infuriating. 3 weeks to dispatch items and being lied to by a D Smith customer service rep that it has been shipped and giving me an inactive tracking number. Then the item arrives after 5 weeks, and instead of being made from steel, it was made from plastic. And they make any returns as difficult as humanly possible. 100% I will never use this website again. The two times I have used this website I have had faulty items. It's borderline a scam site at this point.

On 29 December I was scammed for $129 via a so-called subscription which I had no idea they were going to take out. I contacted my bank and cancelled my credit card but this money was still taken out.

I ordered an item through your company that broke after only six months. I had already waited a month to receive it, so I was only able to use it for five months. The provider told me they would send a new item, but it has now been seven weeks and I still have no information about where it is. I have had to send several emails, but no one has contacted me, and your company has not taken any action. I am feeling very frustrated and hopeless about this situation.
