Warning! Stay far away from this dishonest and shady company!

I bought 3 instruments for my sound healing assignment at school. Found them at Digeproject and the website said they had everything in stock. It was one week before black Friday, but since I needed them sooner than later I decided not to wait a week to see if they would have a discount. I put in the order - 1400 dollar and received the confirmation email. Wednesday, 6 days later, I have still not heard anything from them. Just the initial confirmation email saying «we’re processing the order». I send them an email asking what’s happening with this order, with no reply. Next day they have a Black Friday sale on, and I send a new email saying it has now been a week with no sign from them, and that now I will not get this parcel in time for my assignment and that I either expect them to send with express shipping or at least give me the Black Friday discount I would now qualify for, which was 100 dollar off. Still no reply. I send them 4 emails with no reply. Black Friday comes and it has now been 8 days since I ordered. Radio silence from their end. I give them a call. They do not pick up. I leave a voice note telling them that they have to reach out to me and if not I will contact Visa and file a scam report and ask for a chargeback. Then a few hours after my voice note I get an automated email saying that the parcel has been shipped. No other email from them, no reply. No apology or explanation. No discount. The parcel is not shipped with express and I get it too late for my scool project anyway. What a horrible customer service. If I did not threaten with contacting Visa, I’m sure the parcel would not even been sent. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these shady and dishonest people. There are plenty of other honest businesses out there with moral and integrity. This is certainly the age of false light, and the sound «healing» they promote gets completely tainted by their shady ways of operating.
