Graag attenderen wij u op het volgende: De reviews en klachten via Trustpilot zijn sinds het faillissement van het oude Didi niet beantwoord. Een nieuwe eigenaar heeft een doorstart gemaakt en de webshop is te vinden op www.didi.nl. Helaas hebben wij enkele maanden geleden een technische probleem in ons magazijn ervaren die geleid heeft tot vertragingen in retourprocessen; deze impact heeft bij enkele klanten voor ongemak gezorgd. Wij hebben al deze klachten met prioriteit behandeld. Wij betreuren het ten zeerste dat sommige klanten een negatieve ervaring hebben gehad met onze dienstverlening. Als organisatie streven wij ernaar om al onze klanten 100% tevreden te stellen. Hoewel wij ons best doen om contact op te nemen met hen die problemen hebben ervaren, blijven hun recensies zichtbaar. Beware!! Didi hold your $$ for 7-10 days before refunding when no cars are available

Beware of the visa hold transaction when requesting a ride, as refunds take 7-10 days. I requested a ride, confirmed pick up location and the estimated fare was taken from my account. No driver accepted the ride request. I tried again, the rate increased, I followed same process and money was deducted again as a ‘visa hold’. No driver accepted again. The app says money has been refunded but I now have to wait 7-10 days for my $140 to be returned to my account. Not acceptable!

Horrible service

This company charged my card and retained my money. I canceled the trip because no driver wanted to do their job and now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back! It did not take them that long to take my money out of the account which I did not agree with and now I have to wait to get MY MONEY back because the drivers didn't feel like doing their job! Never again will I use this app.
