Emma from Didsbury has made our selling and buying process so much easier, more pleasant and less stressful experience. With her amazing knowledge, advice and proactiveness, Emma has helped us with both the renewal of our current mortgage and obtaining a new mortgage for a property we are buying. I recently needed to find a new mortgage deal, due to my present fixed term coming to an end. Emma Hartley was advising me on my options due to all the recent hikes in interest rates, along with deals being removed from the market. I could not be more pleased with the service and the deal put in place for me. Me and my partner are both first time buyers and had no idea about the process of applying for a mortgage or buying a house which is why we wanted a mortgage advisor.

I am a first time buyer looking to buy my first house. I have come to reanna after being messed about at the bank. Not only did she score me a brilliant mortgage with Leeds building society, but she also made sure to get me the best mortgage interest rate. She changed my mortgage rate 3 times as she said the mortgage lender had decreased their rates. Very effective, friendly and easy to get a hold of. She explained everything she did and any little questions I had, she answered them as clear as can be. With me being in my early 20’s buying my first house, I was worried that I wouldn’t understand this whole process, but everything makes complete sense. She talked about lenders and rates and got me a better mortgage then some high street lenders out there like Santander! Who would think that a small building society would have a better rate then Santander- who I bank with! 😱 I have already told her she will be doing my mums mortgage in a few months time when she buys a new house

Also she was brilliant sorting out my protection policies. I have been off work in the past due to my kidneys. When I told reanna this, she mentioned income protection. I told her I have tried to get it early this year through another broker but it was declined. She got me an Income protection policy that passed straight away with no exclusions. I am absolutely made up with that

I recommend reanna 100%. She made this whole process nice and easy and got me a mortgage offer dead fast. I had just started a new job but she had no issue finding me a lender who would be okay with that.
