Very simple and easy to use
Very simple and easy to use. Platform is simple enough to learn quickly about it. Lots of choices for the templates. Gave 4 stars because I would love to be able to customize windows on the boxes.

Windows? hmm, but we have this feature. Maybe not for all the models yet but there are a few models with customisable windows are available.

We have to admit, it's not there yet in terms of coverage but we are actively working on adding more windows to more models.
If you see a model that you would like to download but it doesn't have the windows yet, please do not hesitate to contact us so we an prioritise that one.

We have found this website to be very helpful, we make use of it daily and it has the added benefit of the newer die-lines that have been added. We have only had the odd limitations here and there but overall, a very helpful and easy website to use.

Customer "Service" is terrible.
This review is due to the lack of human kindness and helpfulness I received from Ferhat.
When I email asking for help, all it get is unhelpful one liners. I was given a credit for accidentally downloading an incorrect measurement, so for that I give them 2 stars. But Ferhat, the email rep is unhelpful, not interested at all in giving solutions and doesn't even address all questions I ask! It's unreal!
It's like they are trying to run an automated machine and don't give a crap about real human interactions nor help that is needed when offering a product or service.
I will try to find another company to work with because this is so aggravating.
