Through Privalia I bought a set of pots from them.
* poor packaging, it's absurd to think of protecting something with a few sheets of paper.
* I sent them the photos of the broken pot and they denied the evidence, saying that you can only see the damaged packaging.
* when I sent them back the photos, as they requested, they stopped answering me.
* I just contacted privalia to make an official complaint.
* 1 star is too much for them.

Tramite Privalia ho comprato da loro un set di pentole.
* imballaggio scadente, è assurdo pensare di proteggere qualcosa con pochi fogli di carta.
* ho mandato loro le foto della pentola rotta e hanno negato l’evidenza, dicendo che si vede solo l’imballaggio danneggiato.
* quando gli ho rimandato le foto, come da loro richiesta, hanno smesso di rispondermi.
* ho appena contattato privalia per fare reclamo ufficiale.
* 1 stella è troppo per loro.
