What a let down. They ask you to fill a form in - done - and then send the message 'CONFIRMED'. You, as a busy individual, then note closer to the time - assuming you understand the meaning of the word 'confirmed', when you look at the CONFIRMED email, "...oh by the way we have slapped on a whole set of new vaccinations" - that you are too late for.

I checked at my work --> all felt 'confirmed' means it is ok now, especially after spending 1/2 an hour on filling in a form in which they could have stated other conditions may apply. Yes, I know a booking of an airline ticket after confirmation, still needs a valid passport, but that is not the same thing.

Disappointing.

We recently had our dog stay with the Dierenhotel 't Gooi - from start till end they were super friendly and professional. Our dog came back looking healthy and happy - unlike previous stays at other dog hotels. Look forward to leaving our dog there for his next holiday!

Our cat Casper had a great week at your hotel. He was very relaxed when we came to collect him. He did not purr before he stayed at your hotel, but he now will purr when he is happy. Thanks for looking after him.

My dog really likes it here. When we arrive at the parking lot, he literally drags me into the place, and you know what it means ;)

Always nice experience. Friendly staff and the facilities are looking well-maintained. Our dog doesn’t complain :)
