Avoid non UK company - also see edit
The parts supplied was fine. The fun starts when you try to return the "exchange part" to recover your deposit money. Firstly you need to understand that despite a .co uk address, this company is not in the UK.
The exchange part was posted using the supplied customs paperwork, with no instructions in English. The only source is the .gov website to work out the classification of the part your "exporting". This may or may not differ to the three copies of paperwork the carrier requires. First parcel was refused for delivery by "Dieselfixneuss", i have no idea why. Part arrives back in the UK. I complained to Dieselfixneuss and they sent a postage label. Three more copies of the customs documents were packaged with the part. This subsequently failed to clear customs and two weeks later it arrived back in the UK.
So far, the costs of returning this to get my deposit back outweighs the deposit value. That's not taking into account the time and fuel lost trying to get this part back to Germany.
Some advice for "Dieselfixneuss"
1) make it clear that you are not UK based and ensure customers understand they will have to jump through multiple hoops to get their deposit back, but are unlikely to ever do so .
2) send your orders with a prepaid postage label and completed customs documents to facilitate return
3) so you bothered to buy a .co.uk address, but you can't be bothered to send documentation in English, and your customer service is inadequate to communicate in English.
My advice to anyone needing diesel parts is to look elsewhere.
EDIT December 16th.
44 emails and 10 weeks later, the return injector made its way across Europe for the third time, finally arriving where it should. I received incessant emails asking me to change my review, and now I have the deposit refund I have added this edit.
Did it get resolved- yes, but they were only motivated to resolve it after a bad review here. Its a shame, as after they took the problem seriously, they did a good job of fixing it ( aside from the multiple "change my review" messages!
I'm not deleting my original review, its important customers have access to fair and honest reviews. I will change this from one star to three, as the amount of time and effort I've spent on this is ridiculous.
Would I buy again from Dieselfixneuss again.....I would rather feed myself legs-first into a piece of farm machinery.

On 6 Bosch diesel injectors OM642 engine, all had the wrong copper washer, o-ring looked damaged had to changed them.
On 6 total, 2 injectors are more than 3mm3/hub starting 1200 bars (+5.2 and -4.2), another one is almost bad as well +3.9 but only 1600 bars. So only half of 6 are in good condition.
Some injectors didn't had any report and even with the report some had 11/12 test succeeded (1 fail) from the test bench, the ad description clearly said the report is included but they just don't give it sometimes.
I absolutely do not recommend this company, the new ones you will receive will be worst than you old one...

The worst online experience since I've been using the internet for shopping, so for over 25 years.
It was a long agony that started in February of this year and ended in September.
In February, I bought four reconditioned injectors from them and sent a deposit for the four faulty ones I had to send them (€200). They offer a 12-month warranty.
Because it was urgent, I sent the injectors directly to my mechanic.
Two days passed, the package arrived, but unfortunately they only sent me one injector! I immediately sent an email with a photo of the single injector, and they apologized and sent me three more. Only then did we realize that the first injector was completely different and wasn't for my engine. I report the problem: And after an exchange of emails where an average of three days passed between my email and their response (to be safe, I write to them in three languages). They finally sent me the fourth correct injector.
They took a long time to refund my deposit. They emailed me again and told me that to get the deposit back, I had to send back the injector they had incorrectly fitted, at my expense. It's the end of March! Once I sent it, they couldn't find the package in the warehouse (it was delivered regularly via UPS).
Finally, they refunded me the deposit, at the end of April.
Literally a few days later, the engine fault light came on on the dashboard. The engine was running on three cylinders, and one injector was gone. They told me to send it back (again at my expense) and they'd refund me. OK, I'll replace it with a new one from the factory because I don't trust them anymore. I received my refund, mid-June.
I've driven less than 4,000 km, and another of their injectors is gone. This time they refused the refund and wrote to me that their policy had changed and they only offered a 14-day return policy. But when I bought it, there was a 12-month warranty!
It's also illegal, as European law requires a minimum 12-month warranty for reconditioned parts.
So I'm keeping the faulty injector and buying a new one. I just hope the other two reconditioned ones hold up.
OBVIOUSLY, I absolutely advise against buying from this seller, both because of the poor quality of the workmanship and even more so because the customer service, which could have saved the situation, is even worse.
Their rating is ZERO, just like their reliability, and never again.
They asked me for a review, here and on three other review sites. I'm happy to oblige.
Oh, and I still have all the emails, so I can prove it.
