While the online service was good
While the online service was good, the in-store service left a lot to be desired. My 80 year old father in law went to store in Blanchardstown with voucher to buy clothes. He was told he was unable to use voucher due to system being changed. The voucher did not say it couldn’t be used in store. He was upset at the way he was treated and told to use it online. Luckily for him, he has family who were able to do this for him. You might want to review your voucher system and customer service
