Ordered surfshark 12 months through trustedsoft and what a nightmare. DO NOT BUY FROM TRUSTEDSOFT.
Every month I am being logged out and I have to chase up why I cannot login and they never get back to me.
I am eventually given new details sometimes 24 - 48 hours after request and I'm then given a month or 6 weeks subscription and I go on again and cannot login again...crazy!!
This was supposed to be a 12 month purchase and I've been given I think 5 different login details since February when I first purchased.
I have requested a refund after 3 attempts and I have been told I will get refunded but it's been nearly 2 days and after multiple requests I am STILL waiting for refund and I'm getting ignored.
I also put a ticket request into Difmark twice and that has been ignored too.
STEER CLEAR OF TRUSTEDSOFT ON DIFMARK.
