Very bad experience taking Digestic. Took for 5 days at night & was having good bowel movements but…afternoons were brutal with constant abdominal cramping, gas & couldn’t eat anything due to intense abdominal discomfort.Stopped taking it & felt better after couple of days.

This product works really well, in fact it's the only thing that's consistently works for me (so 5 stars for that). I used to buy from Amazon, but then it was always out of stock, so I bought directly from Digestic and took out a monthly subscription. This went well for the first few months but the December 2025 order was very late, and I had to purchase "emergency supplies" elsewhere. I received confirmation of the January order and they took the debit card payment automatically, but it's now 3 weeks later the product has not arrived. The order on their website says "in progress". Tried getting in touch with Digestic via their support email address - no reply, tried messaging via their FB page without response, and tried calling them - just got an office shut message. Then tried to cancel my subscription online as I'm not going to keep paying for something not delivered, but there seems to be no way to cancel through my online account. Resorted to getting my bank to stop further payments and attempt to get my £35 back for me

Great product , have been getting from
Amazon but my last order did not arrive so ordered direct from Digestic but have not received my order , have sent several emails and had zero response, they took the money immediately but no response to any of my enquiries. Have now reported this to my bank .

I gave a try, with great expectations, but it is a complete waste of (lot of ) money. Absolutely no effect

Ordered product 31/12/25. Product never arrived despite several emails all with no replies. Several different over seas telephone numbers. None of the telephone calls answered. Now disputing payment with assistance of credit card company. Shame as the product really works for me.

Be very careful that when on the site your not forced to take out an extra plan because you canny get off the page! They will not refund this, I feel this is a sales ploy and very misleading!

The product itself works, but the company’s practices feel deceptive. There is no way to modify or cancel your subscription online, and emails to request cancellation bounce back. I ultimately had to contact my bank to stop the payments.

Great product. I’ve tried many products but this is the only natural product that has worked for me. I only take one capsule every second or third day and it keeps me regular - no pain or discomfort. I order a bottle soon as I start one bottle so I never run out. Definitely recommend this product. I couldn’t be without it.

Really wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering.

This product hasn't worked for me but they do not respond to any emails or customer service requests. There is not way of cancelling your subscription via their website. I've removed my means of payment from their website but they continue to deduct £36 a month.

ITS A SCAM.

They say they ship fast on their website. This is false advertising and not a true statement. They took my money on 5-22-25, but they have failed to respond to my inquiry for when I can expect my order. They used to sell it on Amazon and you could expect to get it in a very timely manner. It works, but I will have to find something else since their customer service and order processing is so dismal.

I've been ordering from this company for a year and their product works! Just reordered and it now has been a month and no delivery. I am out more that $120. I emailed this company 3 times and no response. What a pity. The formula works and the company doesn't. Stay away from this company if you want to get bilked. Find another way out of constipation!!

Ordered a bulk buy from this company who took my money via card. I got a message Friday saying they delivered it to a neighbour and checked with my neighbours- nothing.

Great product! Unfortunately they can’t deliver the Digestic after they accept your order and charge your credit card. They are unreachable except to place an online order. Emails bounce and their listed telephone contacts are disconnected as well.

Fantastic. Tried various pro & pre bacteria with some good results but 2 of these a day, along with following other good healthy living and brilliant, especially for peri gut changes. Been taking fir mire than a year. They are non irritant and non habit forming. Perfect.

Do not order from this company. I ordered from the website, they took my money, never confirmed the order and no order ever received.I have no way of contacting them about my order. Never again. Very dodgy.

Excellent pills and they helped me recover during my antibiotics treatment. They normalize your digestion no matter what kind of problems you have. I’ve tested them on my skin, and I feel fantastic now. Besides, I’ve ordered them for my entire family.

The product is excellent, BUT took a month for delivery. So, do not order directly from them. Note that their email address on their web site does not work.

After years and years of issues caused by IBS and a lazy gut, I’m so thankful to have finally found a product that really works and makes me feel normal again!

This is a review for Digestic, which I have now used for two months. I am very impressed with the results so far I find that it corresponds all of the claims the product makes.
