Missing t-shirt Piss in the Wind
We received our Piss in the Wind order with the t-shirt missing. I reached out to them regarding the missing item and they were extremely responsive and helpful and sent a replacement shirt right away. They even offered to pay the import fees. I paid for them initially when we received the package and sent them the payment receipt and they reimbursed me the following day for it. Very satisfied with them and thank you to Lisa!

Great Customer Support
This was my first experience buying from Diggersfactory. I placed a pre-order for a record, and was tracking delivery with the carrier, or trying to anyway, but it wouldn't update. Having had no luck with the Carrier, I contacted CS and they quickly investigated, determined that the carrier had lost the package, and simply dispatched my order again. No Drama, no antagonizing "prove you didn't get it" just understanding and a willingness to put the customer first.

TLDR: Unbelievably great and fast customer service! Key remarks: it's reliable and humane. Most customer relations specialists, especially at "major" sites and services, lack humanity and are mainly using pre-written scripts to answer questions (OR they reply with 2-3 sentences to then send the scripted answers).
In-depth: All bad reviews I have seen on here are primarily problems with LPs and deliveries themselves, and I am afraid I disagree with most of said reviews. Shameful to see people complaining either about deliveries, which sometimes (..at least from what I read) do not depend on DF and are *actually* a problem of mailing companies, like Royal Mail's (aren't they the ones who are supposed to track down where the package has gone off to *from* the sender? Completely Royal Mail's fault in my opinion)... or about customer service not replying... just because they are getting flooded with messages, emails, DMs and etc. just like any other regular company gets flooded with the same type of stuff. Sad to see most of negative reviews on here since I feel bad that they even exist in the first place! Unfair ratings, and instead of terrible impressions, I only see terrible ratio towards people from people who simply don't know how to be patient for a reply and can't understand who to turn to in case an issue emerges!
Their support, in fact, didn't reply to me for about 2 or 3 days, but since the moment they did I always got fast responses on my questions with such kindness and appreciation that after some time I felt a bit ashamed asking my silly questions and wasting their time. Nevertheless, they still left clear answers based on the information they had had on their hands and I am more than happy with responses I got. Thanks to Melodie from Diggers Factory's customer service!

Damaged CD replaced
I ordered a bundle on Joji's merchstore. It arrived, however one item (CD) was cracked. I'd bet it was the fault of any of the couriers that had my package in the meantime, but I contacted DiggersFactory customer support for help either way. I sent the photos and described everything. I was met with a positive response to my claim and an option to have another CD shipped to me at no cost. Of course I accepted it and I now wait for it to arrive. All was done in like a week in just 3 emails, quick and easy.
awful customer experience
A real shame this website are responsible for limited vinyls. Their customer service is terrible when something goes missing. They refer you to Royal Mail as your responsibility but Royal Mail won’t get involved as I’m the buyer and ask the company to contact them. Diggers point blank refuse and say it’s the responsibility of the buyer despite documentation on royal mails website saying to go to the sender. Terrible company.
Shame as I’ve had plenty from them previously with no issue.
