I completed my KYC on 16-Jan-2026 as…

I completed my KYC on 16-Jan-2026 as required. Since then, I have been continuously following every instruction given by customer support. Whenever they ask for a document or action, I submit it immediately without delay. Today is 30-Jan-2026, and customer support clearly told me that by today my KYC would be approved and my amount of 12,000 would be released. However, nothing has been done. My KYC is still not approved, and my payment is still stuck. I contact customer support daily, but they keep giving the same reply: “wait till tomorrow” or “we are processing it,” but no real action is taken. This looks like a scam and very scammer-type behavior because they are holding my money and not fulfilling their promises. The support service is extremely poor and unhelpful. I am very disappointed and would not recommend using the Digi Dokan app unless they fix this issue and return my amount immediately.

I’ve been using Digidokaan’s services for the past 8 months. In the beginning, everything seemed smooth and professional, but just after the first month, problems started piling up. I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but instead of resolving issues, team members kept shifting blame on each other. I specifically contacted one of their sales representatives, Nadir Abbas, and requested help in logging into my upfront account. It’s been over a month now, and I’ve received no proper response, no guidance, and zero accountability. My shipments are getting returned, and there’s no one taking responsibility. There’s also been a pending payment issue. I spoke to one of their team members over 15 days ago, and they haven’t responded since. I honestly have no idea how this company is running. What looked like a professional platform in the beginning has turned into a disorganized, irresponsible mess. I can’t trust them anymore.
