High Turnover, No Stability and Questionable Management that is quoting the organisation.
There is a clear pattern across the company which revolves around staff being regularly hired and let go within the same cycle. The probation periods act as a revolving door rather than a path to success.
Many staff that end up being hired leave only after a couple of weeks or even days when they realise the potential isn't there. This is the same when it comes with employers being terminated immediately due to the company not deeming their level of progress good enough, simply doing your job, and even excelling isn't enough.
Management does not seem that concerned with any outspoken issues and simply ignore your critique.
There is little to no investment in staff after the initial 4 week period or even less, no transparency with staff, no retention or focus on long term growth and career advancements.
You will struggle with the day to day tasks due to everyone competent being fired, making you feel overwhelmed and under pressure at times.
If you're looking for job stability, carer progression or a company that value it's people, this is not the place.
