Digiopinion.com is an international survey aggregator based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We collect the best surveys and present them for our panelists for cash rewards. We want to make it easy to participate in societal research that has a direct impact on our everyday lives. In order to solve this task, we collect investigations from different analysis agencies and match them with the people for whom the particular studies are relevant. We believe we will create a better experience. At the same time, we think it is only fair to pay for the answers our users provide. The point is that you will know that your answers will actually be used because of the payments.

How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
First week is feisty! Digiopinions bombard you with surveys left right center. By the fifth day your screen starts having "Screenout" episodes but only when you have shared your bio-data and also completed a survey whose payment doesn't reflect!
Assuming they pay participants $0.5 per survey (and payment is only released after reaching a THRESHOLD of $15, whereas Survey allocation oftentimes cease when one reaches $3), which their Panelist-client paid $1.5 per survey, it means when a participant completes 17 surveys and get zoned out, Digiopinions get $1 profit + WHATEVER AMOUNT was due a participant. Totals to $25.5 per participant per week earned by Digiopinions. The most likely scenario here is that their Panelist pay them by QUOTA of surveys completed. So whether a participant reaches their THRESHOLD or not, Digiopinions gets PAID as long as the surveys QUOTAS allocated are completed.
If globally in a week they engage 1 million desperate online survey-seekers who help them stack the numbers, this earns Digiopinions $25,500,000 that week.
The following week, a new number of fresh candidates get recycled and the vicious predatory circle continues. All this is a hypothetical scenario that might as well be factual, so Fraud Victim Support Europe, Europol, eConsumer.gov, NCSC, FTC, OLAF and local cyber security in specific countries need to be aware of potential crimes.
Digiopinions claim they are a Survey aggregator based in Copenhagen Denmark while in the same sentence give physical location to be in Belgrade Serbia. Where should one aggrieved address complaints?
Digiopinions need to come out explain this: with all the negative reviews, is their enterprise utilizing "slave-labor" -getting paid through others' sweat in mass survey they inturn do not pay for? If so, then that's CRIMINAL and they must be held liable, called out on all platforms that their Panelist and targets frequent and stopped.
Some of the questions they oftentimes ask on Surveys hinge on workspace ethics. If their business practices and behaviour is unethical and exploitative then Digiopinions MUST be STOPPED and they PAY DAMAGES to all they have exploited, BACK TAXES to governments where they operate and PUNITIVE PENALTIES.
Also safeguard must be put in place by regulators that ensure operations of such business are transparent.

DigiOpinion is a great survey provider, different from other providers. It gives many possibilities to take a survey.
DigiOpinion also gives good and quick customer service to the panelists when help is needed.

Once you get to USD 3.5 no more surveys and if you get them ,try to get take them "surgery closed". Mostly due to technical issues

Reply from Digiopinion
Just as everyone else Is saying..when you start you get hyped with surveys but once you get to 3 dollars that's it no more surveys and when you get one, it is stopped due to "technical issues"..so at march 2025 I can for sure say it's a waste of time using it..

This website is a complete scam. I completed 17 surveys and earned $2.63, but I can't withdraw the money. The site claims that you can cash out at $10, but now they have stopped sending me surveys. This makes it impossible to reach the withdrawal limit, proving that they are fraudulent.

Reply from Digiopinion
A fraudulent company displays many ratings to you at the beginning, and before reaching the minimum withdrawal limit in your account, the display of ratings on the account stops. I have been searching for more than two months for new ratings, and no rating has appeared for me to do, and I have an amount in the account that I cannot withdraw.

Digiopinion is scam. They never have surveys after doing 16 tasks which gave 2.46$ and now its been 3month no invitation, no survey, nothing at all. Disgusting website. Cant refer anyone here. Its interesting first week after that you will never get any survey which makes it hard to reach their limit for withdrawal. 🙄👎👎👎👎👎

I have registered to the service 3 days ago (January 5th).
The service initially advertises paying 3,5 pounds for one survey.
In fact, after I registered during the 3 days of my active engagement in doing surveys I have not received a single one which paid me the advertised amount. Usually from 0,1pound to 0,6pound.
During these 3 days I have spent 10 hours doing the surveys only to find out that 75% of them turn out to be closed and I did not receive any payment for them. The trick is - you spend your time doing them and you find out that they are "closed" only AFTER you finish them, which means that you waste your time and efforts and don't get paid. I have done the surveys at various time of the day to be able to make objective conclusions. The results are the same at any time.
Of all the surveys that I have completed, I have been paid for only 10 of them. My earnings over three days constitute 1,39 pounds.
It is also curious that in your account dashboard they don't show the overall number of surveys taken, only the ones actually paid. In this way you don't see the real statistics and don't realize how much more time you waste than you get paid for. Therefore their "positive" statistics doesn't disappoint you but keeps you believing that you efficiently earn there when in fact you lose loads of your time without being paid. In fact you do the surveys for them for free - they get all the data they want from you and after that they say: "Oops, sorry, the survey is closed."
Another trick is - you cannot withdraw your earnings unless you reach the amount of 10 pounds. During the last 2 days all the surveys magically turn out to be "closed", but interestingly: only After I pass them completely and spend my time in vain.
Based on the statistics I have presented - it is highly unlikely that you can reach this amount of earnings (10pounds). The service gave me surveys that actually paid only at the beginning. The last 2 days I worked for them for free.
Thus, the scheme is obvious: you are promised money, you engage, waste lots of your time and receive almost nothing and cannot even withdraw the pathetic amount of money you have earned.
Verdict: Appreciate your time and Don't let yourself be fooled by this scam.
I would like to attach the screenshots of my Digiopinion account dashboard, but unfortunately it is not possible to attach images to a review at TrustPilot.
I regret losing so much time in vain, so I want to warn you and save your time and effort.

DIGIOPINION is really a fraud website. You can never earn anything by working here. They only collect information from you and will never pay you because you won't reach withdrawal limit of 10$.
I join on 7th December and I got 22 surveys in 5 days till 11th December and my account reached almost 4 dollars. After that I have not received any complete survey until today.
I am disqualified or after completing the survey I am discharged with a "survey closed" message.
So my sincere advice to you all is to not work on this website at all. Do not recommend it to anyone and don't waste your time here.
The reviews you see with 5 stars and positive comments are paid people this isn't reality.

Why should digiopinion send USD 0.12 worth surveys in a day? ? How many days will it take me to reach USD 10 for me to withdraw?
You want me to spend 83 days doing surveys for me to earn USD 10?
You are joking.

Digiopinion is a data harvesting scam! You may start a survey and after entering your information they will lock you out and you will never get paid. It has a trustworthy if 2/100, is on a server with many suspicious websites, has been reported for selling fake products, and has all negative reviews. Do not use Digiopinion

So I signed up and there were surveys for the first few days. I made it to 3$ - they will pay you at 10$. After I reached 3$ I could not find another survey. There hasn't been one available for me for weeks. So it's a good gig for them. Entice people with the promise of earning, get them to fill out a few surveys for their own customers, but never allow the money to accumulate so it has to be paid out. Well done Digiopinion...you sure know how to use people for your own benefit

DIGIOPINION is FRAUD. Don't waist time taking any surveys there. You get a survey, spend 20 minutes answering them and the next thing, you're cut off. They then tell you the survey has reached its limit. And you get no compensation for your time.
