I booked my Humax Freesat Receiver in for Repair on June 29th and posted it on Saturday June 30th .
The Item was completely dead--i received an acknowledgment it was received late Monday .
It was repaired Promptly and i received it just over a week later.

A fast and very efficient service when your Sky+ box packs up. Sky has now blocked customers from using their viewing card in a secondhand replacement box so a repair of your own box is the only way to keep using your Sky+ box.

I posted my TV recorder (Humax) to Digi Repairs last Wednesday 29th October 2025. It had stopped recording programmes and lost all my unwatched recorded favourites. Humax box arrived at Digi Repairs next day and they showed great communication by emailing me to acknowledge arrival. I received repaired Humax back home in less than a week. Not only does my Humax record again, the boffins at Digi Repairs have rescued all my lost recordings. Great job, thank you. I highly recommend this company. Peter Walsh

Great service. I thought my Humax Freesat receiver hard drive had died when it wouldn't record and I couldn't find any previous recordings and that I would need to get a replacement (about £250). Instead I found Digirepairs through a Humax forum and spoke to them. They explained that the box was very probably repairable and that theirs was a no repair no payment deal for £79.95. I sent the box off and it's back and all up and running again now. Highly recommended.

My Humax 4000T freeview recorder just stopped working, that’s when I discovered Humax has disappeared. I checked local repairers who said they’d have a look at it but couldn’t give any guarantees they could help. I googled Humax repairers and Digi Repairs came up offering an excellent no brainier of a tag line that if they couldn’t repair it there wouldn’t be a charge apart from return PP if I wanted the broken recorder returning.
I paid the £79.95, provided only the essential minimum of details and posted the box to Ireland for under £6. Within a couple of days like the previous reviewer, I had an email advising to allow 5-10 working days for testing. I then received notification from them within 5 days to say the box was with Royal Mail and a tracking number was provided.
The box has a 6m guarantee too.
A very slick and professional service that I’d not think twice about using again and can highly recommend. My favourite recordings are still all in the box too

This is the third time I have used Digirepairs and I cannot commend them highly enough. This time I sent off my Humax as there was no signal. I received the box back after a week fully working but had not been charged. I phoned the company to pay them but they said that the fault was caused by dry joints from the previous repair, which was a few months prior. They could easily have charged me again for the repair and I would have been none the wiser. Their honesty is a breath of fresh air and I would never use any other company for set top box repairs.

About 8 months ago my 4 year old Humax HDR-1100S Freesat box stopped working. I decided to buy a replacement but on investigation, found Humax no longer made the Freesat boxes. On EBay I found a used HDR-1010S box (the slightly older model of the 1100S with a display) for £60 so purchased it.
Cut to a month or so ago and this one decided to start playing up – sometimes working – sometimes not. Another visit to EBay but now any second hand Humax Freesat boxes had trebled or quadrupled in price!
Nobody locally would or could look at Humax Freesat boxes. I turned to the internet and found the DIGI REPAIRS UK website. No repair, no fee was a no-brainer so packaged my box up and sent it off. The process was simple, with all labels provided. I was informed when they received it and advised to allow 5-10 day for the repair. Three days later an Email informed me that the box was on its way back and has been working perfectly since reconnecting. For the price of £80 + £8 postage I have a fully functioning Freesat box with a 6 months guarantee. My only regret is that I didn’t find DIGI REPAIRS UK earlier as I could have sent the original 4 year old box and saved myself a lot of worry and grief.
I am very pleased with the service I have received and would not hesitate in recommending or using them again myself.

Digi Repairs had a reasonable fixed price for repairing my Humax set-top box, from which I wasn't getting a signal on my TV. Communication with them was very good. I sent the box and received confirmation of receipt. Then in a very few days I had an email saying they had repaired it. It was sent back with a 24 hour service. It now works perfectly. I am a very satisfied customer.

I have a Humax FVP-4000T personal video recorder which has failed twice. Both failures were that it would not power on, and is probably a known issue. I sent the PVR to Digi Repairs on each occasion and they fixed it both times. The box was returned fully tested and working and more importantly all recordings still intact. This was so important because it isn't possible to back up HD recordings from this machine so I stood to lose 80 plus recordings. The fixed price of £70 was very welcome and fair and it included return postage. Also the turn around is extremely fast. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this company.
