False promises of delivery followed up with 'oh sorry your item is out of stock it had to be ordered, dragging things on for weeks.. then trying to get you to wait longer saying its express shipped when you ask where your order is, nothing ever arrives!

DO NOT USE - items sent not what is advertised

DO NOT USE. KNOCK-OFFS. NOT AS ADVERTISED.
What is advertised is different to what I received. I contacted after delays in receiving the items. What is in the photo and what I received are different. Even though they said they arent. I then went to fit the items and they are not compatible. Multiple emails later, I now can’t get a response from anyone.

I now realise I am not the only person experiencing this. Not worth it.


31 March update I never received replacement items despite being told they have been sent twice. They won’t acknowledge my multiple requests for refund.

Total scam.

Title: Product not as described, abusive seller behaviour


I purchased a product advertised as an Ecovacs DEEBOT cleaning solution. The item I received was not Ecovacs-branded and listed a different third-party manufacturer on the packaging.
When I raised this with the seller, they later described the product as “Ecovacs-compatible”, which contradicts how it was advertised. I escalated the matter to PayPal, who reviewed the evidence and issued a full refund under Buyer Protection.
After leaving a factual negative review describing my experience, the seller responded with abusive and inappropriate language and attempted to intimidate me for raising a PayPal case. I have retained screenshots of this communication.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and ensure products received match what is advertised.

Don’t buy from digishop

I wish I had of read these reviews before ordering from them. Thankfully I only ordered some accessory packs from them but after trying to contact them multiple times the order was still not sent a month after ordering. I then lodged a complaint with my credit card company and surprise surprise I now have a shipping notice saying it has been sent. I am still yet to receive this but fingers crossed it is on its way. Do not buy from this shop!!!!

False Advertising and Stressful Experience – Do Not Buy

Purchased an ECOVACS Deebot robot vacuum in October last year. Just like others have said, the product arrived region-restricted and I was told it would receive a software update soon. They provided generic login details, and the vacuum operated in Chinese.
Three months later, it developed a sensor fault. I’ve been in communication with both Digishop and the ACCC for months, going back and forth, which has been extremely stressful.
They finally offered a full refund, but then suddenly reneged, claiming the product only has a 30-day refund or replacement policy and that the 2.5-year warranty only covers repairs. I declined the repair because I do not want a region-restricted product, especially after being misled.
I am now $1,400 out of pocket and am forced to pursue a VCAT application. This experience has been frustrating and stressful, and I feel strongly that Digishop should not be allowed to mislead and mistreat customers in this way. They should not be allowed to trade in Australia if this is how they treat their customers.

Zero stars! I purchased a Deebot Omni x5 Pro back in October/November. Biggest scam business I have ever come across. Digishop does not disclose that the models are not compatible with Australian standards. App is all in Chinese and cannot change region to Australia/English as the app will not work at all with these overseas models. They strung me along for months promising an English update is ‘coming in December’. I should have known better but was battling cancer and on chemo at the time. I finally got well enough to put some energy towards it only for the PayPal terms to have expired, meaning I was out of options. Pretty sneaky and shady and downright disgusting business practices that should be flagged and shut down. Contacted ACCC and Victorian Consumer Affairs and about to lodge a VCAT application as I’ve been swindled out of $1700. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM DIGISHOP.

Our experience with Digishop has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others before making a purchase.
We purchased an Ecovac Omni ($1,700) from Digishop in November 2024, only to discover upon delivery that it was completely incompatible for use in Australia. The product required a Chinese phone number and region settings to even function — a critical detail that was never disclosed prior to purchase.
When we raised this issue with Digishop, they assured us (both over the phone and via email) that an app update would fix the issue by the end of December. This promise delayed our ability to seek a refund in good faith. After months of chasing them for updates, the so-called app update never arrived, and there was no guarantee it ever would.
We formally requested a refund in January 2025, citing Australian Consumer Law, but were met with generic responses, broken promises of call-backs, and complete disregard for their obligations as a retailer.
This company has failed to act transparently, misled us with false assurances, and ignored their legal responsibility to provide products that are fit for purpose under Australian Consumer Law.
After speaking directly to Ecovacs Australia it was confirmed the items serial number is not even covered under warranty by them and the item would have to be shipped back to China.
We escalated the matter through PayPal, and Consumer Affairs and managed to secure a full refund months later.
Please think twice before purchasing Ecovacs from Digishop — especially if you are buying for use in Australia. Our experience has been stressful and time-consuming.
Would never recommend.

Customer Support

After 1 month of trying to get answers on my Ecovac which is showing errors .They are not getting back to my emails .I'm pretty sure they've block my calls . I sent a email to thr Manager got nothing back Paid $1700 for a Ecovac that's not 12months old And it doesn't work .I have asked for a refund no reply So going to ACCC .
There customer service is terrible .

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with DIGISHOP

These guys are using a loophole in PayPal's T&Cs to circumvent a refund. The Ecovac machines are of the "grey" type directly from China. This is not stated on their website. When you receive the machine the app and language is all in Chinese, so as you would you call them up and complain, "No worries sir, we are expecting a firmware up date, at the end of the month". So this makes you feel this is all good and you wait (they have done 3 times now), however here comes the kicker. Paypal refund rules state that you must register a dispute within 30 days of purchase or bad luck. Digishop know this and keep you waiting in acticipation for the up date while the 30 day Paypal dispute period expires. Very clever, scam going on here and the only one who can stop this is Paypal. Paypal by doing business with these guys are possibly facilitating their business.

Brought an Ecovacs robotic vacuum off them. They implied it was an Australian model, it was a Chinese version and needs to be registered in China. They also said it obeyed English language voice commands it didn't then they said a firmware update in around four weeks time would convert it to English langauge that was 7 months ago and its still Chinese language.

Please Avoid Digishop at all Costs

I cannot stress enough how dishonourable this company is. I purchased an ECOVACS X2 Omni vacuum cleaner in the Black Friday sales. It arrived with complete Chinese instructions glued on the inside of the vaccum homebase and an American plug that was not even compatible with the machine to start with. They lied to begin with, apologising and saying they were investigating the product with the manufacturer, making it sound like they were going to send a proper replacement. Then later on they added an unscrupulous and not transparent disclaimer to the site saying, ‘Product imported from China. Australian plug and warranty. English set up guide and App supported.’ However, the worst part was when they emailed me the set-up instructions that were meant to be with the product itself. Even though they say they are an ‘Australian’ company, you need to put in China Mainland as the country of residence and they even supply you with a Chinese phone number for the app. This raises serious personal, societal, governmental and security concerns. I contacted ECOVACS Australia asking them about the warranty and they stated that the warranty is not authentic - meaning if something went wrong they would not replace or fix in Australia. After a long debacle and then putting a dispute through PayPal, they finally agreed to a return and refund. I am so disappointed and exhausted with this experience. Please don’t buy through this company, they are truly dishonest and ultimately, it is a scam.

Bought a ecovac deebot vacumm from Digishop. This business sells product from China region and is disclosed.
But does not mention that its not compatible with Australian region. Need a separate log on in Chinese and hack to get into account.
Was not upfront or informative of thier product shortfall.
Will not refund or return product.
Offers a promise of an update from a third party to rectify the issue and offer $100 for inconvenience.
Stay away do not buy from this business.

This DIGISHOP is HUGE SCAM

This DIGISHOP is huge SCAM, if you love your device, stay far away from this digishop, they are thieves, very unreliable, and good at ghosting customers, I took 3 device to this shop, iPhone 13 Pro Max, which had a blank screen, a Samsung and a honor phone, they fixed the honor phone first after telling me it would take 1 week but it ended up taking 2 months, the iPhone had a blank screen and back glass was broken, they charged me to change both sides, but I later realized only the back glass was changed, and rather than changing the front screen this scammers fix it instead, the screen went back to blank few days after repair, the Samsung took upto 3 months with them after much ghosting, they ended up saying they couldn’t find its parts after promising that it would be fixed 100% I had to go pick it up frustrated, on reaching there I realized the phone was empty, it was as light as a piece of paper, I asked to see the owner whom I gave the phones but I was told he was away for a vacation, this people rip me off over 700 euros to repair the iPhone 13 promax and honor phone but I am still left with same problem.they refuse to respond to my complaints and worst is they always get away with this scam STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR SANITY

Missing or late items

Missing or late items
Made an order in May 2022 and got some of the items during the summer, some were cancelled and refunded, but am still waiting for the rest. Emails are not answered. Apparently they had some major changes in their delivery process during the summer, which I understand might cause some delay. However, not delivering at all and ghosting is not acceptable.

Not sure, they are still in business?

I placed an order a month ago (15 May 2022), to this day, still haven't received it. I nicely requested my order status 3 times by email since then, no reply so far. I tried to call numerous time, and absolutely no one answers the phone! I even wonder if they are still in business??? At this stage I just want my money back, which I requested, but obviously didn't get a reply to that either.
