Used the team at Digital Direct again this week for issues with my Moms Ariel and erecting my sons TV on his wall in time for his birthday with all the cables hidden. He was chuffed to bits as was a surprise present. As always really helpful and explained everything they would be doing, even took their shoes off. Highly recommend these guys and they charge sensibly for The work they do, worth every penny.

Awful. On recommendation of sky a DD guy came to check my elderly parents’ satellite dish, ascertained it was working, then told them they needed to pay him to put up an aerial instead. £60 plus vat ‘callout charge’ to try to sell an aerial installation (£240). Luckily my father (aged 94) said ‘but why do we need an aerial if the dish is working?’ Long story short: we figured out that my parents just needed to replace their freesat box. That will cost £70.

Addendum: in response to your response - it would have made no sense to put up an aerial just because their tiny cheap old telly happens to have built-in freeview. Plus I had to really push at the engineer to get him to reveal that it would be possible to replace the sky box with a freesat box. Even then he said it would cost three or four times what it did. If I hadn’t been there I expect my poor old dad would have caved and paid him to put up an unnecessary aerial. Not impressed.

The only anxiety was that caused by other reviewers! The whole transaction went smoothly - just a slight pause between placing the order and receiving the e-mail giving the delivery details. I have to give 5 stars digital direct reviews.

Recently got an upgraded tv aerial from Nathan and Martin, who did a fantastic job and were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service all round - don't go anywhere else!

I called Nathan at short notice and he was there the next day for a site survey and a few days later for a relatively complex install. The team were very efficient and went the extra mile to locate the dish in a good spot (unlike Sky who will put it wherever it's easiest for them!). Cable runs were tidy, any mess (not that there was much) was cleaned up and building entry holes made good with mastic etc. Overall, a thoroughly excellent service at a very reasonable price.

I needed an aerial installed in a pub for the Euros very last minute, they accommodated the time pressure and did a great job in a very professional manner. Excellent service from Nathan on the day! Cheers guys.

Excellent and professional service. I told the guys that i didn't want any visible wires and they did an excellent job hiding all the wires and even matched the aerial wire colour to the white render and black pipes. I Would definitely recommend the team.

Martin did a great job fixing my aerial in Monday. Very tidy and professional and were able to come out the following day to fix my issues. I would highly recommend.

Very professional and efficient work although possibly a bit expensive. They had trouble with their previous job but kept in contact so that I was aware of the delayed arrival time. Had no aerial signal in my new house and needed 3 TVs wall mounted. Digital Direct quoted an excellent price & Nathan & Martin were punctual. They installed a new aerial to 3 points, all cables neatly hidden. All work was carried out and I was kept informed all throughout the process. Everything was left clean & tidy.
