I Called Skyone today to roll over a…

I Called Skyone today to roll over a CD, asked for 7 month at 4.15%, confirmed. Went online shows 1 yr at 3.05%. Called them, now they say that only applies to new money. They offered shorter time at a shorter rate. How stupid do they think people are. Had funds transferred to thier savings so I could transfer funds back to my original savings bank. Tried to transfer funds out and it won't let me. They say I can only take 15k out at day went I have 6 figures with them. OK, I used that figure 15k, it's not permitting me to take my funds out of their bank and they don't know what's wrong with why it's not letting me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK AGAIN. They talk very smoothly when they want your money and A-holes when you have every right to wiithdraw. Not a business I wish to do business with
