Microsoft licence lasted only 9m!
The Microsoft licence I purchased lasted only 9 months and was an academic license - presumably from a student. BEWARE ! I will not use again!

I purchased AUTOCAD LT 2026 and all seemed to work well and the download from Autodesk's official site gave some confidence of it being genuine and legitimate.
I then decided to purchase another licence for a collegue and again this went well.
Both licenses were assured as legitimate and perpetual. It was explained that perhaps after a year we may need to re-register it at no cost.
I then purchased a copy of 3D Max, since the Autocad experience seemed to be a good one.
Two weeks ago my colleague's ACLT stopped working with an autocad message stating there was no valid license. They messaged Digital All Keys who stated that Autodesk had untertaken a review of all licenses and as a result my colleagues license was no longer valid. They stated that no further correspondence would be entered into. We felt this was very dismissive for customers who had paid the requested fee for a perpetual license which had actually only lasted 6 months.
My own copy continued to operate, but today I found that both my ACLT2026 and 3DS Max would not operate with no valid license available.
This gives the impression that there are valid licenses, but only a finite number owned by Digitalallkeys ltd. It appears that when they sell another "copy" they have the ability to prevent the use by previous customers so that it can be used by their next customer.
Whilst the above paragraph is simply my conjecture, what is factual is that we have purchased three software licenses having been told they were all perpetual with no need for future purchase. What we have had is actually just under 6 months and an email stating they will not engage in further discussions since it is out of their control.
On 21st April Companies House list a notification to strike them off the register.
Edited as follows.
It seems that Digitalallkeys has requested that this post be marked as containing defamatory material.
Defamatory's definition includes the belief that there is something false about the material.
The emails exchanged at purchase show that the software was sold as a perpetual license with no further cost. Emails also show that Digitalallkeys stated that the expired license was due to a review undertaken by Autodesk and that no further correspondence would be exchanged on the matter because they were too busy dealing with other customers.
It is difficult to see how any of the review can be false since emails support all comments made.
Payment portal didnt work. contacted via whatsapp as live chat didnt work. explained the problem was told to pay by a link i was sent. not acceptable as suspicious. when i said that i would contact trustpilot the representative proceeded to swear at me and type some very unpleasant things. I was polite at all times. very suspicious behaviour. i have screenshots to confirm the full conversation
Payment failed to process. Received multiple follow-up emails demanding payment despite no transaction occurring. Would not recommend - use established retailers instead.

Excellent service. Very easy install and license up and running in seconds.
Thank you guys.
At first, I was hesitant about buying a lifetime license for AutoCAD 2025, but after reading positive reviews, I decided to go for it. I chose to pay by credit card, and the process was safe and straightforward. After sending the payment confirmation, I received an email with all activation details in less than two hours! The service was outstanding, and customer support responded quickly to all my inquiries. Now I can use the software without worrying about recurring subscriptions. I will definitely purchase again!
