Scam

I purchased an order of digital files (planners, calendars, etc). My order was confirmed and I made payment. Order was supposed to be emailed to me in minutes. It’s a day later and my order has still not been received even after numerous emails and I contacted the business on Facebook. Clearly this was a scam. Just want others to know so they don’t get caught out like me. Very disappointed that this happened through Trust Pilot and Shopify, and I am out of money and the products I bought.
