Israt was great. I bought the wrong key by mistake and she helped me fix the issue at no extra cost.

TL;DR: Bought a Windows key that didn't work. Been getting the runaround for weeks with zero refund.

Pretty sure they're using AI bots to string customers along until we give up.

So here's my nightmare with DigitalChillMart:

Week 1: Bought a Windows key. Surprise, surprise, it doesn't work. I contact support and they ask me to provide proof that the key is invalid. I send them screenshots showing the error messages and everything they asked for. They respond all apologetic: "So sorry! We'll refund you right away."

Cool, right? Wrong.

Week 3: Still no refund. I reach out again. Now it's: "Oh, our refund department won't be back for 2 days."

Week 5+: Contact them AGAIN. This time: "Oh, there was a problem with the refund. Can you send us your IBAN, SWIFT, and full name? We'll have it sorted in 48 hours."

I send everything. 48 hours pass. Then a week. Then another week. Still nothing.

Here's what really bothers me:

Every single time I contact them, they respond almost immediately with another excuse and another promise. It's starting to feel like I'm talking to an AI chatbot that's programmed to say whatever keeps you waiting, but never actually processes refunds.

It's classic stalling tactics. They're clearly hoping people will just get tired and give up.

The one thing you CAN count on? You'll never actually see your money back.

Don't make my mistake. Avoid DigitalChillMart.

Had an issue with a Windows 11 Pro product key, but Sid was quickly able to get me a new key that worked

I'm a return customer to DCM. My first experience went without a hitch, but the second time, I got a nonfunctional code. I messaged live support, and Sid got me hooked up with a new code in no time! All is running well with the new code, and I appreciate the prompt response.

I purchased the wrong version of a windows key and contacted customer service. Israt was extremely helpful and gave me a working windows 11 pro key without needing to pay the difference.

The key that I purchased from their site didn't activate , I contacted them through a little chat feature and was greeted by Israt who helped me to get the key activated. Fast, quick, and ez.

First key did not work, ISRAT got me a working key in about 2 min.

I've purchased numerous keys from DCM. Sid and Lamia were very helpful.

Lamia was lowkey a dawg. I told the little chat ai thing my key wan't working and in like 2 seconds Lamia appears and is like here's a new key. Hopefully this key lasts.

I had a great experience. I mistakenly purchased the wrong key, but ISRAT, the support agent, quickly resolved the issue and provided me with the correct Windows key. Excellent customer service—these guys are absolutely legit.

These guys went way out of their way to make things work for me! They just kept at it until we got a working key! If your key doesn't work at first, contact them and they will make it right!

Sid did an amazing job helping me troubleshooting my windows activation key not working. He was able to quickly respond and provide me with a working key!

I bought a key and it came with an error message. I contacted support in the chat option on their website and told them the problem and sent a screenshot of the error and within seconds they sent a new key and it worked immediately.

I accidentally ordered the wrong key and Israt was able to help resolve my issue. 10/10 will use when I upgrade.
