modules remain broken and unfixed for years after release. The F16 RWR has been bugged for years and years and if you bring it up = ignored. They just want you to buy another map or module. Now the razbam thing? TERRIBLE company

Supporting themselves not the community

I had purchased quite a few DLC for DCS a while ago. Real life got in the way and i didn't have time to fly. I recently reinstalled and was keen to Use some of my free time to learn some of the systems in the aircraft ive purchased. I was shocked to find that the aircraft were showing in my account but not in game. I reached out to support and they were useless no offer of help just an it is what is is attitude and a bunch of terrible excuses as to why the aircraft i paid for cant be used anymore or have completely been removed from the game. No attempt to offer a goodwill gesture or try and rectify the issue. Just money grabbing tactics from a company that seems to pride themselves on Terrible customer support.

improve and optimize your game!

The sim is great don't get me wrong, however, the terrain textures and performance is just awful especially for lower end PCs, as I cannot even run the game anymore without jitter or straight up crashing, a friend of mine who spent a pretty penny on a PC just to enjoy the game in VR has crashed multiple times even when the settings were set to low with optimization programs, I don't understand that the minimum PC requirements posted on the website are somehow going to be able to run the game especially with the new MGRS grid implemented in the F10 map in multiplayer turning the entire map into a jittery, blue mess.

a video below posted about my friends rant who has a 4090 decided to test DCS on low settings and I think its best just to take a look:

hey eagle dynamics, fix your game!!-

The support team for DCS World is a…

The support team for DCS World is a joke. These so called "support" people act like they are doing customers a "favor" when attempting support. I cannot believe these people get paid to help customers with their problems. I have waited now for 4 days to get any response from them. Even after asking them for help several times and following their instructions, they don't respond, nor do they seem to care about customer service. I had one guy log onto my computer a few months back and he just walked away from my problem because he could not figure out what the problem was. He never got back to me afterwards. Just left me hanging. I am a customer that has bought almost everything DCS World has to offer, and they treat customers who pay good money for a product and offer lousy service. I had been an IT manager for the last 15 years before I retired. If I had these people working for me, they would have been fired by now. So much for professionalism. This customer is not a happy camper.

awesome flight simulator

In my opinion by far the best air combat simulator. Graphics are not the most modern but still very nice. Prices of the modules are reasonable with the offered level of detail. Frequent sales.I prefer jets - but there are also propeller planes, helicopters and several maps. Good mission editor. A very large online community - so always entertainment in multiplayer.I have never had big problems in the last 3 years and 11 bought modules. I play mainly the open beta - so of course there are bugs. if you have a problem with that you can also play the release version which unfortunately seems to be less used by online players.

All in all my favourite flight simulator !
