1. It's the most generic limited data site Ive seen out there
2. Days will pass before their chat box or whatsapp will respond with useless information
3. I'm unable to swap send or receive a portion of the funds In my wallet. I was told by somebody who put the funds in that it's required to have ALL of the necessary ETH to transfer ALL of the balance. This seems absurd to me. It also seems as though I'm being set up for almost $8000 to be robbed.
4. I can't find ANY literature on the operating procedures or site navigation
Anybody else run into these issues?
