I paid the 64GPB to provide design and deliver the logo for my website, but unfortunately looks they are fraud and after payment they just provided but in middle of the way, suddenly they disappeared. Now after almost 3 weeks even I cannot login to my account that they initially provided me.
It is simply a fraud.
Dont try them.
While initially they stopped to respond to email, the online platform now is not accepting my login credentials. In the process of report a fraud case.
Made a request on the 8th Jan for a logo design, all paid for, 11th was contacted via the design utility portal with designs. Picked 2 for a little rework on colours scheme, was told 1 to 2 business days.
Now the 20th and no contact from anyone.
No replies to my email, messages through design utility portal. No answer on phone and hangs up after 1 min.
Great service from start to finish, love my new logo. Thanks again
