This is a scam. You buy a ten-day vignette, but they keep charging it every month. Be aware that this is not a mistake; it is a deliberate scam. Check the other complaints. If you buy the ten-day vignette, I recommend checking your account regularly. They have been charging me for the last five months. I ended up paying €76.80 for a ten-day vignette. It's great being an Austrian driver when others pay the price for using your roads. Think twice before going to Austria.

Update:
Changed my review to 1 star because this year surprisingly they started adding automatic monthly subscription to your order, even when you buy a single use pass. I find it quite ridiculous and had to file a refund request via PayPal which I luckily used (and therefore got a refund)
Stop this scam please!!!
Advice on how to avoid it: 2 options.
1. Paypal - they process the refund fast.
2. Revolut bank from any eu country of their presence. Buy your vignette, find your transaction in the online bank and immediately block any future charges
Update:
They are now reacting that it was clearly stated there are recurring charges while it's never been like that for years before and is NOT clear while ordering.
99% of their clients are buying a one time vignette, they as a company are perfectly aware of it and still implemented the recurring charges.
My request remains the same. STOP THIS SCAM.

Its a scam …which cost me 400 EUR.
Bought a 10 day Vignette on June 1st. In July I received 400 EUR penalty from the state highway company for not owning a Vignette on June 2nd and 5th….
The story goes like this:
Last summer I bought a 10-day Vignette, I was charged monthly for 4 months before I noticed,as others have allready described…I asked for refund, and they refunded one month.
Now I bought the Vignette and camcelled renewal immediately after the journey. When I recieved the penalty I conntacted DMC, and they simply wrote that my Vignette wasnt valid, without any explantation why…on further questions they wouldnt answer anymore.
whats interesting: they refunded the same (suposedly non valid🙂)Vignette a couple days after my inquieries

The relevant documents have already been sent to your official site before I posted the review, as described above.
Since you are clearly a PR official it is comprehendible, but still somewhat amusing you are asking about the papers in an answer to a Trustpilot review…why didnt I get a response from your official site firstplace.
Also, the fine was already paid since for 400 EUR there is no point of including an attorney, which would only raise the expenses on my side.
Thereby this unpleasant story finished on my side.
The review was posted solely for the awarenes of other potential customeras.
