Digital Investigations Reviews

Would highly recommend

My desktop and all USBs were ruined! But thanks to Digital Investigations Corp helped me get them back. I was so happy with their services!

Their customer service was very amazing. I had gotten them to remove a spyware from my laptop and they didn't charge me a lot. Actually it was exactly in my budget range to be honest. My computer had alot of pop-ups and I was very skeptical as to where I should take my computer to get it to restore back to normal and a friend of mine had recommended here. The company took it and when I got it back I was very satisfied with my service.

I am consistently in and out of my computer and laptop. Always have to update vaccination records, update new payment plans and process for clients, even making sure all appointments and employees are as scheduled. Was not until one day, everything just frozen. I could not believe this especially during business hours. I thought maybe my service will come back in a while. But it didn't. I told my Boss the situation. Yet he was calmed about it. That is because he referred to Digital investigation Corp. And assured me there will not be no more problems after they work on it.

Digital Investigations company is a very helpful company. With this company, professional digital investigators conduct their investigations by recovering, extracting and examining this data and information from digital media devices to reveal a wealth of information. What really excites me is the fact that these investigations can pick up deleted messages, calls records, social media sites, user's interests etc.
I also like the fact that they offer cyber security and forensics. I will totally recommend their service to anyone that wants to protect his or her company information from hackers.
The company's website was really packed with information which explained a lot i did not know about cyber security.

Digital Investigations company really helped us out. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I wondered how do they know so much about technology. I Worked at a company where The data was breached but, it was a pilot installed program to block hackers. They utilized DI and everything was solved. I'm a professional and part of my job is to do presentations over an over. It seems like it was just a matter of time for my hard drive to crash. My external hard drive crashed (as expected) and I was looking for a good data recovery company with the excellent service. My friend had recommended this company to me and boy.. it was the best advice ever.
My presentations are so valuable to me... I've spent so much time developing them. they answered all questions was very helpful.
They restored 100% of my data and I'm very happy with the services. Digitalinvestigationscorp is not that expensive . Thank you guys! I hope I would never get into this situation again... but if I do, I know who to call!!

I found out I was getting hacked by a random person and that hack job corrupted all my important personal files. I was so upset as I needed several files for an office presentation I was doing to my manager. I called Digital Investigations Corp and they were awesome. They answered all my crazy questions and fixed my files just in time for the big presentation. They were budget friendly and speedy.

Very good and excellent customer service.

I been working from home for 5years now and I always worried about getting scammed or hacked. This company had given me peace of mind and also security plus their customer service is awesome!

I was going through a hard time after all my social media accounts were hacked by someone I didn’t know. For 3 days and 3 nights, I never slept but only thinking about how my reputation was been ruined by disgusting erotic and hateful posts on my publicity pages. I am a musician and I had a strong command of more than 250,000 followers combined on all my social media pages (FB, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc).
My manager suggested that I approach Digital investigations Corp, saying that they’ll help me to regain control of all my accounts. I made a good choice because they acted professionally and did the job in a matter of hours without even charging me a lot. They cleaned my accounts of any trash that was posted by hackers. What’s remarkable, they helped me add an unbreakable security layer on all my accounts plus some security tips to keep them secure under my watch. Thank you guys, I will always recommend your quality services…

Two months ago, I was working on my computer at night and in the next morning I opened it up to continue working on my documents and I found out that I can’t open any of them and I can only see a light icon of the file and three files with the same name on every folder on my computer and they are asking me to pay 500 dollars to decrypt my files. I realized that there is something wrong with my computer. I tried my antivirus but It wasn’t able to find anything. So I called Digital Investigation Corp which was recommended to me by one of my colleagues. I took my computer to them and they were able to track the source of the problems and they were also able to decrypt all my files without me paying 500 dollars to some random hackers on the Internet. They have got dozens of experts who helped me and were able to figure out the problem very quick.

I'm going through a divorce and suspected that my husband was tapping my phone. At an acquaintances recommendation, I called Digitalnvestigation, got in touch with the head of the company, came over the next day. He found a voice-activated recorder in a potted plant in the dining alcove...where I talk on the phone.
Then, I asked about doing surveillance on my husband. The next weekend they had a team in place. They found out that my husband has been having an affair, and they provided me with digital photos of the two of them together. As hard as this is to know...at least my lawyer now has this information. I'm hoping this will help a lot with the divorce and custody issues.
The five stars are reflective of his helpfulness and professionalism.

I got call from my friend at night that she is in problem and her mobile battery is drained out and suddenly the call got disconnected. I didn’t even have the chance to ask her location. I was really worried as it was late night and I didn’t know what to do suddenly I remembered about the Digital Investigation Corp GPS Tracking Services which is available 24/7. Not wasting a minute I called them seeking their help. I gave them all the necessary information. They understand the intensity of the situation and immediately started working on it. They also explained me how their system will work and help me out in this situation. I was little relived after speaking to them as I liked their strategy and the systems they were going to use to resolved the problem. Also I didn’t have anything else to do instead of depending on them. I was not completely sure whether it will work. I kept trying on my friend’s number if in case I can get in touch with her. After sometime I got call from Digital Investigation Corp telling me that they are able to track the location of my friend and they gave me the location. I immediately went there to rescue her. They gave me exactly location. My friend was chased by some strangers and to escape from them she went to remote location where they cannot find her. I was able to reach in time and rescue her. Thank to these guys who were able to track her in remote location. They really have very good software and tracking systems which help me to rescue my friend at late night also. They 24/7 service is really amazing. I really would recommend them to anyone in need and will also use their services in future whenever needed. Thank you so much for your help and extended support. Keep it up the good work.

I homeschool my children and on a daily basis i have to remind them to not eat at thier desk. So one day my daughter spilled her soda al over her PC. So i did a system restore bc i downloaded a program with a virus to clean her PC after i noticed glitches in the memory. But the program wiped out all the memory all files were lost i then felt as if i had lost all hope. I thought i was ahead for the year with her schooling schedule and paperwork but after this i was far far behind with losing memory on the files i was considering enrolling her in public school there was no way for me to catch up in time. I then contacted this company and i had hope again. They answer my questions gave me feedback of all they did. They were able to recover all the lost data and i was back on schedule with her classes. They even got rid of the virus i downloaded and gave me some helpful future tips.

I hate that I even had the crazy thought that my roommate was doing something shady but my over crazy side kicked in and I wanted to know for sure. I tried to download all kinds of key loggers, browser hacks and other plug ins that were supposed to be able to allow me to see all of the things he was doing on my laptop but I could still not see what he was doing.

It wasn’t until I finally called Digital Forensics Corp that I was able to really figure out what was going on. I was able to give them my laptop and have them do what they do and give me a complete report of everything that my roommate was doing! Needless to say I was not happy with what he was doing but the results were spot on from the reports provided. Thank you again Digital Forensics!
