I received a confirmation email that the transaction was complete and then that the order was finalized, but I never received the Reddit account that I bought.
On top of that, I am expected to deal with the seller through WhatsApp? How unprofessional is that? Either way, I contacted them and they seem to use broken English as an excuse for scamming.
EDIT: I have since spoken to the seller and they assure me that the information was sent to my email address and that it is more than likely in my spam folder (they even left a reply on this review with that same sentiment). To this day, I have still not received an email from them with my product.
Instead of resending the product, or working with me, I only received messages on WhatsApp (how professional, right?) telling me that I leave fake reviews, I lied, etc. I never even requested a refund. Why would I lie?

Btw you first wrote us via WhatsApp and maybe you don't know it (We are happy to inform you), there is Whats app business - it is a professional tool! You are probably coming from a competitor website with fake reviews, Good luck to you!

Scammers
AWFUL EXPERIENCE! First they gave me the account after 5 days after my purchase, with so many insistation by my side. After, they gave me a BAD QUALITY account. The email credentials they gave me are completely messed up. They have 2 emails connected to the account. When i tried to change the passwords of the account, the reset password email goes to the ather account connected where i do not have access. Their customers service is not helpful at all and i see they do not do anything to help me with this issue. I totally NOT recommend them!
