I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Suite 2024 because it was offered on sale at an incredible discounted price. I did have some trouble activating the program. Still, I emailed the company a little after midnight, and they responded within 10 minutes with the information I needed to complete the activation process. I could not be happier with my purchase or the company's customer service. I rate this company a perfect 10 out of 10.

When I ran into an issue in installation, which is common, they stepped up immediately to help me complete. They were great and I appreciate it. I highly recommend them.

I purchased MS Office for an older MacBook and realized it was too old for the download. I contacted the help desk via email. Not only did they respond within 30 minutes, they provided me with a version compatible with my older MacBook complete with a new key and step by step instructions with links...awesome customer service!

This is a bullshit scam. Everytime I try to open up a file I am prompted to "buy Office 365" and even when it is declined per instructions from this vendor, there is no way to edit ANY files. So yeah, cute "view" function which serves little purpose.

Best service, kindest people, most amazing product! It's 1000x more affordable and is the same product...the full office package!!! I had some trouble with the install and they walked me through it with kindness and patience and then I got it all up and running in less than 15 minutes! Responded to all of my annoying emails and were just wonderful!
