This system is absolutely awful

This system is absolutely awful, good luck finding your username period! Resetting your password, nope that does not work either.

This is an appalling system.

Clunky and PAINFUL to use!

Definitely Not stress free

Despite DigitalMove advertising themselves as offering a better home moving experience for everyone and makes stress-free home moves a reality, this is not the experience I have found. What they don't tell you is that they only quote for personal searches which is an alternative to a local authority search. In my case, I've just discovered that this means instead of paying £90, I'm actually paying £120. Also, instead of a 5 working day return, it's actually going to be 20 working days. Absolutely shocked and very disappointed!
