I purchased “My Magical World of Paper”…

I purchased “My Magical World of Paper” from digitalnestgrouplevel.shop on August 27, 2026 for $27.

The product was advertised as a printable set containing 150+ paper dolls, outfits, accessories, dollhouses, furniture, and “cut and play” activities. What I received was materially different from what I expected based on the advertising. Many of the images appeared AI-generated, and many of the supposed paper dolls were not actually functional as paper dolls.

I contacted the seller requesting a refund approximately 30 minutes after purchase and explained that the product was not as advertised and that much of it was not functional. I received no response. I contacted them again five days later and again received no response.

Their own website states that if the product is not what you expected, you should contact them and they will “make it right.”

I have since noticed that the sales page has changed substantially. Earlier versions advertised “150+ printable paper dolls,” while the current page now prominently refers to puppets and “The Magic Puppet Workshop,” even though portions of the page still contain the original paper-doll wording.

I have reported the transaction to Shopify, disputed the charge with my credit-card issuer, and filed a report with the FTC.

My experience was that the product did not match the way it was advertised, and the seller did not respond to either of my refund requests.
