A fix suddenly appears after seven days

On January 19, I purchased the Adobe Master Collection Suite for Windows. The download files arrived almost immediately and I began the download. All downloaded files installed correctly, and so far, have worked flawlessly. Regrettably, one of the most important programs, Photoshop, would not download. I kept getting an error message from a company called MediaFire that the file was dangerous and therefore blocked the download. I should mention that the company MediaFire is dominant on the download site and I did not sign up for it. Anyway, I notified Digitalophy immediately via their chat line. They responded and said it would be fixed in four hours which came and went. I wrote again and they said six more hours. I wrote again and they said to send a screen shot of the problem which I did. No response. I sent emails describing the problem along with the screenshot. Nothing. So here it is on the evening of the 26th with no resolution in sight. So I have no choice but to suggest you not buy from them. I will modify my rating if this gets resolved quickly, but at the moment I suggest holding off until I can confirm successful resolution of my problem. Photoshop is, afterall, one of the most important components of this Suite.
UPDATE: On the 27th I did receive my Photoshop download which I successfully installed. I should note it is the 2022 version, not the newest one (2024), but it's a lot newer than the one I had.
So I am changing my review to three stars...five stars for the price of the products and two stars for taking a week to fix problem which rounds to a three in my book.

Digitalophy

Digitalophy, not able to resolve installation issue on MacOS Sonoma as they promised.
I am pessoff and requested to refund my money as they promise but never happened. Guy, think twice before you buy particularly if you're MacOS user. I have no information about Windows user if they have problem like ming. Sucks!

Took a leap of faith

Took a leap of faith after reading some reviews and considering the price point, I was skeptical. After two days of not getting my links or hearing any sort of confirmation for my order, I was doubly skeptical and a little miffed. I emailed them as I had luckily taken a screen shot of my completed order. I would have had a heck of time reaching out to them without any confirmation contact. As it was, on the third day, I sent them an email asking for confirmation and got my links about an hour later. Not sure if that was coincidence or not. Other than that, the programs installed easily and work as they should. No hiccups or stalls to date. Other than that early lack of communication, I am really grateful to have found this service. I'll be going back for more...
Feb 12 amendment: my purchased Adobe programs have been disabled from Adobe - invalid license. I have sent three emails and one fb msg to these folks and nothing but crickets. No customer service at all! Not even a lying auto responder to pretend someone cares about money spent on their products. Disappointing....

Digitalophy, too good to be true!

After researching the reviews for this site I found a review that stated a customer made a payment using PayPal. I started a chat with Digitalophy and asked if I could do the same. I was told that this was not possible as their PayPal option was not working and that there was a problem, my only option was what they had listed. I asked for an explanation of the problem and why weren't their "IT Professionals" able to rectify this and got no answer. I said that this left little doubt that there may be a real concern as to their legitimacy and I didn't want another bad online experience with the result of my funds being scammed. They quickly replied that if I waited until tomorrow, that the payment through PayPal would be available.
This rings alarm bells on every level.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!
They have also removed the Chat ability from my page.
