Great service! My laptop had a broken hinge that damaged the charging port. They fixed it quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price. Very friendly and skilled staff — I highly recommend this place!

They are so friendly and really know their stuff. Worked out what was going wrong with our printer and fixed it.

This company is fantastic!
Last week, I had my phone broken, it wasn't charging anymore.
I live in Croydon and all the phone repair shops refuse to fix my phone this is because is an Android but completely different from a Samsung phone mine is a Xiaomi Poco F2.
Anyway, I went to the Digital outlet, and they were marvellous.
They managed to fix my phone in a few days.
The staff is dedicated, confident and reliable.
I will definitely come back.

Ordered a zagg pro stylus from them just over a week ago. Paid almost £10 for delivery (which I still think is ridiculous) as I wanted it asap. The box arrived battered, but I wasn’t too concerned as the pen was in tact. After trying the stylus out, I realised it didn’t have one of the features that I needed, so thought I’d return. I logged into my account to find no order history. When I went back to the confirmation email I couldn’t find anywhere to link it to my account or the website, so I emailed them explaining I’d like to return but couldn’t figure out how with there being no order on my account. I have since emailed them 3 more times trying to get this sorted and they have completely ignored me. Will not be purchasing from them again.

A very odd company. The website is good with lots of options. However, we needed specific advice on some projectors for a difficult setup. I sent two messages via their email and one through their website. They did not have the kindness to even reply. I cannot recommend them if you need help.

A peculiar refund policy where they take 30% if it appears opened. Save the hassel and shop elsewhere.

Having read some other reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about buying, however, I am extremely happy with the goods I bought and really impressed with the delivery within 18 hours.

Bought something from them on 07/04/22. Money was taken from my bank next day, even AFTER they knew they didn’t have the item to send to me!
I’ve just spent 5 weeks, with the help from PayPal to get my money back for the item I paid for but did not receive! Avoid at all costs!!

I took my iPhone in for a replacement screen and to fix the microphone. Was done quickly and at a reasonable price but home button was making a new noise when pressed. I returned it and they fixed it for the next day. Very fast and efficient service, would definitely return.

dishonest company, beware that their description do not match the item you will receive

Rubbish I ordered a “Solid Faux Fur Lined Cardigan”, what I received didn’t match website picture or description, what I got look very cheap and tatty, so disappointed with my order I want a refund, but the customer service is awful in even responding to any e-mails sent.
£25 is a lot money and I want a refund on item sent back, this is false advertisement.
