I have an older MAC laptop and needed to upgrade my Office to an older version which was difficult to find at other vendors. Daniel and Kate helped me find and install the most recent version of Office that would run on my older system.

I bought the Kaspersky Antivirus package two weeks ago but still unable to use it. It's the worst experience I had in my whole life. I asked them to refund me but they refused to do so. I paid 48$ but didn't get anything. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I was experiencing user error problems. Daniel waited patiently for me to let him connect remotely after I couldn't figure out how to do that either. Any way Daniel connected remotely and installed the software for me. It works perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again Daniel.

I recently purchased Photo Director and in my opinion, it is the biggest bang for the buck and their customer service ain't too shabby either!

I purchased the latest version of rend Micro Maximum Security (3 years for 5 devices). Right product, great customer service to assist me for installation!

Bought software, exactly what I needed, and was assured there would be no problem. Tried to install, would not install correctly, found out it was 64-bit when I specifically bought 32-bit version. I was told by the tech that 64 and 32 are the same. THEY ARE NOT. Then the chat person wants to get into my computer again to try to "fix" things. NO.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - it's entirely possible there's malaware now in my computer. It's going to cost me more money now to get a real tech support company to fix everything and clean out any malaware. The cheap prices from this place are not worth the headaches you will have in the end. DON'T DO IT.

After an initial issue with getting the software downloaded by myself, I worked with the tech support team and they helped get everything running smoothly. Tech team was very helpful and provided great customer service.

Not knowing much. I had bought the wrong version of Windows. Got ahold of the company through email and they totally helped me out. They showed what version I needed and refunded what I bought twards what I needed. Great customer service even though its through email. Im a old fashoned one and like to talk on the phone but this went great. They got back to me fast and had no problems.

I've been using the same operating system for more-or-less a decade, having gone through multiple HDD/SDDs. Naturally, having been modified so much, my operating system had various issues that couldn't be fixed without a reinstall. I had been avoiding a total reinstall for the sake of the hassle that is transferring data, but my activation token expiring with a motherboard change forced my hand.

There are very few reputable websites that legitimately sell dated activation codes such as the one I purchased. My operating system prior to my purchase had been running a poorly mangled Enterprise edition, one that I had wanted to downgrade to simply the Home edition. I am very comfortable with Windows 10 having grown up with it, I was not inclined on upgrading to Windows 11.

Upon purchase of a Windows 10 Home code, I was unable to validate my key (as W10 does not necessarily allow you to 'downgrade' editions). I contacted support with a lot of anxiety in mind regarding fears that I had gotten scammed. Suffice to say, I was really relieved to have gotten the support I received; as I expected, the support team instructed me to conduct a full reinstallation. Having never done this before, I was very weary as I am heavily dependent on my computer for work-from-home. Their support team provided me with a clear step-by-step process, which worked like a charm. The reinstallation went by a lot smoother than I anticipated and have since been very happy with the results. My decades-old computer runs just like new again with zero performance hindrances, I couldn't be more pleased.

Though I doubt the issue of having to purchase activation keys will be a common issue, should one arise, I know where I'm buying from.

I purchased Microsoft Word, but was having difficulty installing it. Via the Chat help, they took care of it remotely. As I watched, I realized there was no way I could have overcome the obstacles. The remote technician was remarkable. Thank you so much!

They provided a Windows install key that had been used too many times. When I asked for a refund, they sent me 5 emails suggesting I do things I've already tried instead of just admitting they messed up.

Scam practices. Don't use them. I have to go to my credit card company now and dispute the transaction.

Use whokeys or kinguin to get a key. They were also $10 cheaper, and the key worked first time.

Great prices and customer support. Everything works like it should!

Amazing company, I found as I needed to license a VM that is running Windows. They are fast no problems and very well priced. Would recommend to anyone. I got Windows 10 Pro for 39 bucks!!!

Daniel was very helpful and patient when I was stuck after installation and opening the desktop outlook and connecting to the exchange account I have. He guided me through each of the steps so I could activate Outlook. Very appreciative!

As a recent cardholder online purchases scared me a bit, but I am thrilled with how the site received the info and processed the card. I received the key promptly and with no issues.
