So easy and uncomplicated. The best for me is that there is no binding or contract. Also the fact that can update monthly the net + calls package according to my needs is the best. I keep recommending DR to friends and family. Keep up the good work:) thank you

Misleading and shady provider!
Misleading and shady provider!
Ended up buying their Flat 10 subscription after being reassured by their support team and their publicly available guide I could port my existing phone number from a different provider.
In the numerous emails exchanged with support nor on their website they mention that in order to port the phone number with this plan you need to be aware of the 110 CHF extra of having the "voice option". Not transparent and shady practices! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
search for-how-can-i-take-my-existing-phone-number-with-me- to see how they don't mention anything about the costs associated.

We are sorry that there has been a misunderstanding regarding number porting. It is indeed the case that the voice option must be activated for a number porting - on the same subscription basis. So if you buy an annual data subscription, you also have to activate the voice option for one year (CHF 110.-/year).
However, we have taken your criticism on board and added it to the FAQs accordingly.

eSIM ordered more the 12 hours ago
So will amend my previous review, eventually I have got a QR code, after more then 12 hours, so for a foreigner who transit the country, this is quite a lot... and frankly makes not much sense. If document provided for identification was unsuitable, why it took so much time and efforts to clear it out and wasn't rejected at the time of scanning? Besides delayed feedback also makes not a very best impression. From other side internet speed is at acceptable level.

Our customer support team also replied to you less than 2 hours after you contacted them. As you wrote, there was a problem with your foreign driving licence. However, everything worked with your ID.

Loved the e-sim and the flat plan
I needed internet connection on my mobile phone just for a few days in Switzerland and I needed it as soon as possible. I was very happy to find that I could activate a virtual SIM on my iPhone just in few minutes and to pay a cheap flat plan of just one month. I opted for the Flat 10 plan. The internet connection wasn’t always great when I used the hotspot for my PC, but when using my phone the connection was reliable (I was in Geneva)
