I have one word for this company, DISGRACEFUL
If I could give this company negative stars I would. My review pertains not to their products but to the way they conduct their business. In my experience, the way they conduct their business is unethical. I believe they trick people, including children, into ordering products online then they harass you for payment. If they truly believed in their products and if their products were good enough to sell themselves they wouldn't have to conduct their business in this manner. Disgraceful. My son, who is 9, "ordered" the products accidentally when he clicked on the ad. When I explained the situation to the company, they wanted me to send them a copy of my son's birth certificate to prove he is under 18. How do I know this is not a scam to steal my son's identity?? What parent in their right mind will send a copy of their child's birth certificate to a company like this?? Like I said, disgraceful.

To place an order through our advertisements, you have to go through a multi-step process. During this process, you are informed about the costs of the purchase and the terms and conditions on multiple occasions.
In the situation that an order per invoice is placed by a person that is under 18 years of age, we accept proof of date of birth. This can be anything that contains the name and date of birth, including a birth certificate. Any other information can be blurred or covered to protect privacy.
The products have been received in return and the invoice has been closed. The details have also been marked to prevent future orders with the same details.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and wish you a good day.

As a follow-up to your other review:
We have discussed the case. It certainly should not be the case that your lashes start falling out after use of the QuickMax.
Perhaps it was not applied correctly but we will refund the payment for the QuickMax in full.
Regarding the Blackhead Killer masks, if it is used once, it can bring impurities to the surface, which can then be removed after a second use.
The masks is effective for 9 out of 10 people, but with all cosmetic products, the results vary from person to person.
Scam on a Facebook ad
A Facebook ad has offered to open the sales on this product but was asking for address, name and email. I wouldn’t agree on get now pay later guarantee as i am only 15 years old and now you buyer asking me to send it all the way to Denmark !!! How In the world will I ship it there. It’s such a hassle, sending me a product I didn’t even agree on getting and now you guys expect me to send it from New Zealand to Denmark !? Now you guys are demanding “immediate payment” and threatening me with debt... this is A HUGE SCAM ! You shouldn’t have to ask customers to ship it back. you guys are also saying if I don’t pay you’ll have a debt collection! I want to return the items but I can’t afford it ! I never agreed to have this sent to my place this is a huge scam ! Please help me. You guys are giving me less than 10 days !!!!!!!

Digital Sourcing does not send unsolicited orders. An order is completed after you confirm it in the confirmation screen. This screen informs you of the total price, including delivery fees and provides a link to the terms and conditions.
By clicking the Order/"I Agree" button, you agree to the terms and conditions and the shipment of the products for the advertised price. You can pay upfront in the next screen but this is not mandatory. If no upfront payment is received, the order is shipped per invoice.
As you have provided us proof that you are under 18 years of age, the invoice under your name has been voided. This means you can ignore the payment reminders and your case will not be handed to collections.

Somehow my friend’s 13 year old accidentally purchased a skin product through digital sourcing. I’m doing this on my friends behalf. It was for blackheads which she doesn’t even have! It was a single application and it was charged on an invoice for AUD69.80! My friend emailed Digital Sourcing on 18th April explaining the situation and have not heard back, then received another invoice with a $10 late fee!!!! She resent the original email and a second email and still nothing! How can this company ethically sell to a young, unaware 13 year old!! This is so wrong on all levels. Now having to consider legal action due to the company threatening credit reporting/debt collection agency action!

We do not send unsolicited products. Consumers have to accept our terms and conditions and agree to the delivery of the products for the price shown in the confirmation screen, before an order is processed.
The order in question is not for a single product, but for 5 Blackhead Killer masks and a tube of Healing Cream.
Your friend and her daughter are welcome to send the products back using the 180 day Satisfaction Guarantee, even when the product has been used.
Due to her age, our customer service has also offered an alternative solution. We are willing to close the case if we receive proof of the date of birth of the person on the invoice. However, since we did not receive a response to our last email to your friend, we have not been able to take any action as of yet.
Please have your friend consider one of these two options so that this case can be put to rest.
