This is a lying cheating group of…

This is a lying cheating group of nonprofessionals. They need not be a business. No body should use them for any reason. 1-Order placed. 2-A few days later the box moved from their warehouse to a shipper's warehouse. 3-For 8 days the box sat in the shippers warehouse. 3-For the next 5-days it was driven across the US. 4-It then sat in another warehouse of the shipper for another 3-day about 90-miles from the destination. 5-It arrived within a few miles and sat for another 24-hours. 6-Provided a day of delivery by both the shipping company and the Digital Supplies. 7-Delivery day came and went. 8-Shipping company was told to not deliver the item by Digital Supplies. 9-Meanwhile the price went up 15% overnight. Digital Supplies is a scam. For over 3 weeks they had charged my card why lying that they could not trace shipping (I could see it myself). They intentionally stopped delivery to change the price. This is classical bait-and-switch. They did not refund my card and seemed to have no intention on doing so. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I have opened an FTC complaint. They need to be fined.

SCAM, this is a fake company

Fake company, this is a SCAM. if you lookup the address, the location does not use suite numbers, like what they have in their address, and for the real businesses that are at that address, well, I highly doubt that restaurants, UPS, and/or a Jiu Jitsu dojo are selling toner on the side.

At first this company seemed very legit...i asked questions and they answered...i gave input and they recieved it...and it seemed like everything was fine ...however they connected me with a distributor who never has any of the products that people order from my online store. they were either discontinued or nonexistent sku#...i asked them to review and update the products on my site.....they agreed but they never did...then they started switching me around to different people...all of a sudden i get an email saying they are going to be training for a month...and they will get back to me....that was months ago...i reached out to them and no response...they got away with my money to the tune of $4,940.00

Please do not do business with this…

Please do not do business with this company. I invested $2100 to have them build me a store that had access to all the platforms. They initially reached out and got the process started. About 3 weeks into the project I received an email from the CEO stating all his employees were going through training and would reach out in a month to continue the project. I never heard from them again. They completely ghosted me but still took my money. I found it very odd that they cut the correspondence but was patient and wanted to give them a chance. After never hearing back from them I had to file a dispute with my CC card company. Even through that process they were not present and provided less than stellar information to my CC company. That did work to my advantage and I got my money back. If you are an entrepreneur trying to invest in your business don't waste your time with them. They will make it sound so spectacular take your money and leave you hanging.
I don't normally like to write reviews like this but I want to save someone else the frustration I endured.

Scammers

Digital Supply Inc is a scam, don’t give these people any of your hard earned money. They keep passing around my project around to different people and none of them seem to have any idea what’s going on. They haven’t answered my messages in weeks, basically vanished with my money without completing their part of the agreement.

Digital Supply Inc is nothing but a sham…

Digital Supply Inc is nothing but sham and the people working there have no ethics. This so called company is driven by greed and they have no respect for the contractual agreement.
I started my project with them in January 2021 and already paid $1,500.00; however, they cannot produce any tangible work done on the project. I have asked for update several times and several weeks passed and no one answered. But Daniece is very prompt in asking for money and I inquired about progress or work done; she blocked/paused the account.
Moreover, they can't keep employees. I am on my 4th project manager and they have been making promises, but can never deliver on any!
I would not recommend them to anyone!
I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as well as the state of Pennsylvania. Because I do not believe that they should continue to rip off people of their hard earned dollars.

Seems like an amazing idea at first as…

Seems like an amazing idea at first as I’m sure they make a convincing argument with the example stores they claimed to build. Instead they took a month and $500 to produce me a luxury brand store that looked more like a cheap $5 low budget online dollar store. I started my project feb 4 with this and to date March 17th I’ve gotten no where but a half done website and over $200 a month on subscription fees on seller accounts they haven’t put any product on, nor have a heard from anyone but once in the past month to say someone would call me to go over my marketing strategy HOWWWWW!!!! There’s no products listed. If you want to waste your time and money these are the people to help you do it. And all the vendors they claim to have aren’t theirs they’re plugins with Shopify directly and there’s only 2 the same ones you can find on google. Service I was convinced I’d receive for this store isn’t 1% of the service I got but they want me to keep that janky a** website and close the agreement and keep my $500 deposit at best that website worth $100 if that it wasn’t a premium theme it was a free theme on Shopify anybody can go in and add pictures and some menu drop downs. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with poor service and poor communication. You basically do all the other work on your own all they did was the website everything else they half a** gave me instructions to do on my own. $2495 for a do it yourself site I doubt anybody makes any money with these people.

Update:

They told me if I wanted to get a refund to update the feedback informing you all the template was not a free template it was a paid for template. None of concerns about the lack of productivity were addressed but Tom argued with me for a while completely spoke over me after asking how I felt when I expressed how I felt he stated I was hostile. There was a bit back and forth but we came to a conclusion to close the unfinished project and update the template wasn’t free.

Great job!

Honestly, mind blowing how easy and efficient this company made turning my business into an online market place! They were pretty transparent throughout the entire process and it was quicker than I expected! Highly recommend.

Not recommend

Please do your research and ask many questions as possible before you deal with them. I would do couple of reference checks. Drop shipping supplier not competitive at all. Monthly fees for amazon, eBay, shopify, and intergrions are expensive. Do the math and see how many products you will have to sell before you break even with monthly fees. Not recommended at all. If your already in business, it may work for you. How come Google doesn't show business listing for them?

They also claim to have 350 vendors. They have ONE vendor (the middle man to store products from various suppliers). Suppliers they have are not competitive, hence, you will not be selling products. Your better off to invest in your own brand. Solely a company that provides Service with no google page. Ask them to provide price list for some products and you will find out what I mean.

Platforms and Fees
We agree with Muzafar on the specific point of making sure you do your due diligence before embarking on the journey of starting an eCommerce business. When selling on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart eBay, etc, there are monthly costs associated with each one. The monthly fees for these platforms are the basic costs of operating your business. Furthermore, we explain to each client to set aside the necessary funds for each of these platforms if they want to expand their business within that respective marketplace.

Paid Vendors vs Free Vendors
We offer over 350 vendors/dropshippers within our Vendor network. Within that network, we have vendors that charge a monthly membership fee in order to provide much more competitive pricing and markups for our clients. Muzafar elected to go with a vendor that was less competitive, because he did not want to pay a monthly subscription. We present every client with these two options and we thoroughly explain the pro's and cons of using a paid vendor for more competitive pricing vs a free vendor for less competitive pricing.

Expectations
Finally, we encourage all potential clients to view eCommerce as a real business and not a "get rich quick" opportunity. Building a sustainable successful eCommerce business is not something that can be accomplished overnight.

Digital Supply Inc is a great company

Digital Supply Inc is a great company. I signed up with them in June and it did take longer than expected to finish my website and uploading my products but the wait was very well worth it.
