Left a review on your all digital PlayStation account not happy with your service whatsoever. after reading more reviews throughout the PlayStation side of things which I highly recommend anyone including steam or Xbox users should read because they are alarming, and I wish I read them before I ever made my first purchase with this company. I will never spend another dime with a company, dropping false accusations, and changing passwords on numerous times and occasions for at least what was in my experience Against their own rule, abiding users, and gamers who have made purchases. Then today I get an email after I left a bad review explaining all the hoops and headaches I went through, for 50% off my next purchase trying to make it right. Your company SHOULD NOT be falsely accusing multiple users and then locking them out of the account purchased because of their own shady practices. I HIGHLY recommend that NO ONE MAKE ANY PURCHASES GOING FORWARD. You will regret it. Until these problems have been solved because that many users is no coincidence. Your company needs to do better. Shame on you. You better honor my refund.
