Rang Sam after 3 weeks of trying to find a white Ps4 bundle for a decent price. He put it aside for me and made sure it got sent out that day. Delivered next day by recorded delivery and 1 minute before time even scheduled. Excellent service and company and will buy off them again

Paid for our item, only for the next day being told will receive a refund as they are shut, if they can’t fulfil orders they should indicate online and stop people being able to place an order and pay, I’m still waiting for the payment to credit my card so I can go elsewhere, Edit I’ve given 1 extra star as the refund was received day after review

Had some issues with the shipping address because of their security, but customer service was more than helpful with solving the problem.

Wanted to give 1 star however, probably unfair as our discussions were not 'rude'. DWS were in fact polite - the problem is that they advertised an Xbox 1 which I purchased on Monday expecting a delivery on Tuesday. Having received no correspondence by Wednesday I contacted them, discussed it with somebody who advised me that the guy wasn't in but they would come back to me. They did call back and advised that the price was an error and (now unavailable) and I have been credited and should have received an email. Unfortunately, no emails were received and now I have basically wasted time. My advice would be go to a recognised sales outlet and pay that little bit more and get what you order. Having read reviews of DWS I'm not the only customer to be left disappointed from a company advertising products that they do not have. Little bit of a 'fly by night' outlet and not worth the risk again. I have noted that DWS reply to negative reviews however,
I shall not correspond again - I need to go and buy an Xbox 1S so I'm busy!

Ordered ps4 days of play for £269, as showed in stock. Having seen previous 1 star review thinking it might be one off. Accepted payment then told order was cancelled as review had warned.. . I Raised a complaint to be told this was not an advertisement. And would be offered a discount for another order, but not told what. Then when raised told I could get original order but was 289 and Sam would be not making anything.
Lost faith no order placed. Decided to go for ebay seller instead as cheaper. Wasted my valuable time for nothing.

Simple and brilliant experience. Ordered Sunday night and the console was delivered first thing Tuesday morning via DPD next day (DPD is by far the best choice for courier with giving a really precise delivery slot and option to reschedule delivery BEFORE they attempt!) The price of the console was better than any other shop I checked by a good £30-£40 which is a lot! I will definitely use this shop again.

Received no confirmation that item ordered had been despatched. However once I emailed them, they responded the very next working day & the item arrived that same day.

First class communication and would definately recommend them, added bonus the game was also cheaper than any other sites I looked at. Free delivery as well so cost remained low

After ordering an item that was out of stock, I was offered an alternative item which I declined. But these guys were great at returning my payment straight away. ( didn't show in my account for three days but that is normal. I would use for further purchases. Excellent customer service.
