Poor inventory management and customer service
I placed an order for a product that was listed as in stock and promised delivery within 2 working days. However, after completing the payment, I received two emails from Digitec informing me that the delivery would actually take up to two months.
When I contacted customer service, I was simply told to wait—no alternative solutions or compensation were offered.
This experience reflects very poor inventory management, and the lack of support from customer service turned their mistake into my problem.
They have scammed me out of my money
They have scammed me out of my money. Over one month I have 8 different agents promising my refund had been issued or my credit note is available to use.
They constantly refuse to give information about my case which is going on since 04.02.2025.
Utterly disgusting company and highly recommend to everyone to avoid to deal with them. Absolutely not trustworthy, and undertrained customer care. Customer support is non existent at his full month. The so called finance department should have 14 day turnover which is 37 as of today, and I got nothing but empty promises once again tonight. I repeat if there is any other shop you can make purchase, make it there. Do NOT deal with these greedy money monsters. I spent over 50.000 CHF with them, and now I have nothing but regret.
Best online shop in Switzerland
My favorite online shop to buy things in Switzerland - either electronics (Digitec.ch) or almost any other product (Galaxus.ch). I've bought many things over the years and I've never had any issues - neither with delivery, nor returns, nor customer support. It is my first go-to shop or check whenever I want to order something online.
Personally, I also like the transparency they have on the products in terms of price evolution in the past.
If I were to criticize something is that some years ago they started integrating third-party vendors on the platform which lead to orders/packages being delivered from multiple locations (sometimes even from abroad). Also, packaging (although having improved over the years) sometimes is still oversized for what is in it.

I am writing to share my frustrating experience with Digitec and Galaxus regarding the repair of my TV. I plan to document the details of this situation online (on Medium), as I believe others should be aware of the bad support I’ve encountered, so they can buy on better platforms a tv.
Info on replacement orders for the same tv:

Replacement order (repair) 124479406 from 18.9.2024
Replacement order (repair) 131962219 from 6.12.2024
Here’s a summary of the events:
- September 1st: I submitted a support case for my broken TV, which was promptly shipped back to Digitec for repair.
- The TV was returned without any repair being performed.
- I reopened the support case, and the TV was sent back again. This time, they acknowledged the issue and replaced the damaged panel.
- Upon receiving the TV back, I found that several pieces were missing, presumably lost during transport. Digitec confirmed that the TV had been inadequately packed and promised to issue a refund once the TV was returned.
- One of the managers apologized for the poor handling of the case and reassured me that she would personally oversee the matter moving forward and offering a full refund.
- I sent the TV back again as instructed, but after two weeks, they are delivering back again with no explanation or refund. In the meantime, I have been contacted by three different delivery companies, all claiming they were coming to pick up the TV.
I have detailed proof of each step, which I will be attaching to the article when I post it. This situation has been extremely frustrating, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of resolution and the poor customer service I’ve encountered.

after 11 days now this order has been paid status was always as verifying, now the order has automatically cancelled and still no answer from nobody..
customer service give you a new ticket number eachtime, and always promess that they transfered their request to the accounting team that seems is composed by 1 person that has to manually count the money as it seems overloaded.. 10 days after hasnt been able to verify a payment that will unlock this situation.
CS team blames Finance team and this last one doesnt answer and cant be directly contacted..

Requires account creation (and disclosure of personal data) to disclose they only deliver to Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Spams you with unsolicited e-mails with broken unsubscription links.

Deliveries are a disaster when delivered by Planzer
Since Digitec/Galaxus has been using the Planzer delivery service in addition to the post office, some deliveries have been a disaster. Many people in the D/G community complain about the deliveries made by Planzer, but D/G doesn't seem to care about this, nothing at all happens to improve the deliveries. In addition, when Planzer simply leaves parcels for front doors, it says "Delivered in accordance with the customer's deposit authorization". But that's not true, we customers have NEVER given Planzer authorization to simply leave parcels at the front door, especially since many front doors are right on the street and therefore many parcels simply disappear. This general deposit authorization was simply issued by D/G without the customer's consent. Planzer itself only has excuses and is hardly any help. Since D/G became part of the Migros Group, the same customer indifference has set in there as in the Migros Group. I no longer order anything at D/G unless I can't find the item I want anywhere else, and hopefully more customers will do the same, as this is the only way to force such companies to provide a more customer-friendly service again.
Grea place for me to get computer stuff
Over many years I have bought loads of things from them and never had a problem with non-delivery.
Pricing is competitive. Maybe sometimes I see an item cheaper on another site, but if I have not dealth with the other place I don't take the risk for a few francs.
Goods don't always arrive within the 24 hours promised. I suspect this is more of a post-office delay than a delay in sending by Galaxus. Usually stuff arrives the day after ordering.
Ordering is really fast and click-simple, as they have all my details and credit card, so it is just a couple of clicks to buy anything. They make it easy. Maybe too easy.

The laptop ASUS TUF Gaming A17 purchased in this store broke down a week after the warranty expired. The employee of the store thought it is funny.
I bought "used and tested" laptop and I was told by the Digitec's stuff that it is like a new. But when I brought it back the Digitec's employee openly made me to understand that all goods marked "used and tested" at the store are second-class goods.
I've already got a conclusion from the service. The laptop broke down because of defect of the mother plate which emerged without external influence which confirms that the product was initially of poor quality.
Please take it into account. Now no money no laptop. It worked only one year and seven days.
And a few days later (05.12.2023) I got another "positive" experience from this store: I ordered bike wheelset Fulcrum Rapid Red 5 but after opening the box at home realised that inside is another wheelset (Mavic Aksium) which is significantly cheaper. And I lost time for returning it to the store and lost money during refunding because of exchange rate differences (euro banc card used). And season of discounts also expired.
I just wasted the time waiting incorrect good.

the worst website and customer service I've ever known. They just don't care if you satisfied. For a product that was really badly discribed and so i returned, they kept 9.- out of 22.-.

Their next-day deliveries are always spot on as long as your item is in stock in their warehouse. Their prices are pretty unbeatable as well. I generally purchase from them as long as there's no better deal elsewhere.
