I ordered a Seiko presage watch from Diligence1International after finding out it has been discontinued and out of stock in Malaysia. They dispatched and delivered it quickly within 3 days of my order through UPS from Philipines to my location in Malaysia. The item arrived in mint condition, with plenty of bubble wrap for safety.

Pretty darn fast shipping and great prices.

Not a bad experience but also not the best experience. I purchase a lot of watches from all around the world. This was my first time from Philippines.

It was amazing that the watch was dispatched within 24 hours of purchase and that too on a weekend, so for this - Amazing work and thank you!

The parcel was well packed for travelling such a long distance and appreciate the extra padding in the parcel. Nicely done and thank you!

A very nice price for the watch I purchased, very highly appreciative of the competitive price that the vendor offered for the limited edition Seiko 5 Gene Kranz. The watch is currently retailing at most online vendors for double the price this vendor was selling it for. So thank you for being competitive and doing honest business. Thank you!

Now few points for criticism:

Shipping charges are high compared to other vendors from Asia for shipping to most countries across the world. Probably because vendor is located in Philippines, perhaps the logistics channels are not as well established for worldwide shipping or vendor doesn't have many worldwide customers. With respect to shipping, the choice of shipper is also limited to 1, that too with UPS, one of the less preferred shippers when given a choice as generally most common and trusted shipper is DHL and FedEx.

Due to the local unreliability of UPS with respect to when the delivery will be conducted and the very badly designed website for the receiver for UPS, the receiver has no control on how to interact with UPS via their website. The only method that worked for me was to call UPS and get the parcel rerouted for pickup. If I am paying a very good amount for shipping, I would prefer to have the choice of selecting a shipping vendor and most likely will choose the best shipper based on the country of receiver.

I sent an email to Diligence and received no response from them, so it's worrying from a customer's perspective as I was expecting at least an acknowledgement email for the email received. Thankfully I did not run into further issues with UPS however if I had, seeing no response from the team, it was slightly disappointing and concerning.

Lastly, the amount declared on the tax documents for the watch purchased was very low compared to what payment I had done. If it was done so that I did not have to pay extra taxes or duties, it was done in good intention and thank you. However, if the package was lost in transit or damaged in transit, the shipper would only receive a payout for the declared value from the shipping insurance to the vendor. Unsure why the vendor would like to declare the value so low as it would only impact them in assisting the customer. I would have opened a dispute via PayPal had there been such an incident and stuck to my requirements for a full refund, thankfully none of it happened, but it was concerning for sure.

I am sounding like a broken record whenever I was asked to give my opinion on Deligence
International. I will just go right to it , they carry a wide selection of retired and limited Seiko watches . Customer service is second to none and pricing is very fair. Owner-Stanley , personally attends to you.

Extremely friendly and responsive sellers, who gave an extremely competitive price for a brand new Seiko SKX013, with box and papers and additional OEM rubber strap, which has already been discontinued for several years. It was almost too good to be true, but after looking through many other reviews of this seller and after receiving the watch, they absolutely have my trust. The watch was in brand new condition and is 100% legitimate. Would highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again in the future.
