My husband accidentally ordered the wrong size for a shirt. (He ALSO thought he was getting a t shirt and Hawaiian shirt based on a misleading description). When we asked about exchanges it took forever for them to get back to us and they then said they’d only exchange if we did a 5* review despite clearly stating they do exchanges on the site.

I love the loss of pet suncatcher. They are beautiful and very comforting for those who are grieving.

I ordered a memorial item 10 days ago. I got notification of shipping but USPS has not rcvd the package from them yet and I've reached out to Dilypod 2x with zero response. How awful, when u want to send a special memorial gift to someone and you have no idea where it is. This kind of service, not to mention delayed gift, is unacceptable.

Ordered a T-shirt, received it fairly quick. Problem is it was damaged. The packaging was ripped open. Shirt had a large stain and small hole in it.. I’ve emailed them several times, and gotten no response..

These keepsake memorials are a wonderful way to acknowledge someones grief over a lost pet in an incredibly sweet way. I received one from my sister in law after my Yorkie, which I had for 14 years passed away. I have been sending them to friends and family ever since. I absolutely love mine.

I ordered a shirt with my ship info. When I received it. It was size small. I got intouch with customer support. They got back to me the next day. Customer support went above and beyond. They checked my order and found I ordered it incorrectly. They are sending me a new shirt. The shirt means alot to me

I ordered a cat memorial for my niece after her beloved cat passed away. when i put her address in for the order, their algorithm or whatever kept changing the address to a different street and zip code. I thought I finally got it right ,but after the final click it once again showed the wrong address. I immediately the website and they assured me that they corrected the address and changed it to the correct one. When i got the confirmation email that the product had shipped, it was to the wrong address. I have contacted them 5-6 times and they refuse to acknowledge that they sent the product to the wrong address.

Just great!! Dollywood went above and beyond to send a replacement gift that got lost in the delivery process. I am pleased that they were able to help me and get the gift sent to my friend.

My wife was totally shocked By this gift. It was something so very different than I have ever given her and so very personal. I thought she had allergies that day but she was actually crying (😊)

I ordered a few weeks ago and ended up moving before my package arrived . I co tasted them and they were quick to respond to my email. My package was returned to sender and they are gonna send out a replacement at no cost to me to the new address.. I have no complaints at all

Absolutely horrible experience!!! Beware they will make and ship your order at their discretion. Be ready to wait all year for your knock off merchandise.

This company is top notch. My order was returned to them due to miscommunication on my part and they reshipped a new order free of charge when they didn't have too. That is a stand-up thing to do showing great customer service. I have a new company to buy from in the future knowing this.

worst company ever. stay away from this place. they say 15 day delivery. the company is based in usa and it takes 15 days? i still haven't received my order and its 20 days. everytime u write them they say couple more days. no wonder they don't have a phone number to call them cause they're scammers

I ordered this ornament for my granddaughter who mountain bike races. It matched her bike, helmet, shorts, socks, shoes and shirt with her name on it. It was so well made and authentic looking. I will definitely order from Dillypod again. So happy!

I search the internet for something unique and found this beautiful memorial piece that was personalized with her breed and name. They received it and absolutely love it!! These ornaments were a pleasant surprise. The photos used were very cropped, and I was afraid they'd be blurry, but the clarity is excellent, as are the colors. The granddaughters loved them! When Christmas was over, they put them on an indoor tree in the house instead of packing them up with the rest of the ornaments. A big hit!

Was almost suspicious that something so perfect would really pan out but these ornaments proved me wrong. We buy an ornament each year and try hard to make them about the most important thing happening in each kid's lives. The foot ball ornament is so cool because we were able to make the colors exactly like our son's uniform. The horse...well, that was even more amazing because we got to add her horse's name to the ornament. Awesome product. Will definitely spread the world!!
