There is no transparency with their…

There is no transparency with their subscription orders. With other subscriptions, they give you a heads up when the item will be shipped and you have time to modify the order. Today, I received an email thanking me for my order and is processing, no notification. Of course, I immediately went to website to cancel the order with no results. I emailed but, who knows when they will respond. As there is no phone number (I'm sure there is a reason for that) the website suggests live chat. There is absolutely NO live chat anywhere to utilize. Terrible customer service. Shame, I like there perfume but this experience left me tainted.

Mascara tube issues

DIME's Volume Mascara is the BEST I've ever bought over many decades, but.... after only a few uses something inside the tube always breaks, and the product comes out all gloppy on the wand making it essentially unusable. I've been through at least 5 tubes of mascara over many months hoping against hope that I'll get a tube that doesn't eventually do this, but I never do. This is a BIG QUALITY CONTROL issue that needs to be fixed. Too bad, because it's a super product when it works, which is only a handful of times.

No Order Came! They took my Money

I placed an order on December 4, 2025, the money came out of my account to dimebeautyco.com and yet they have no information on my order. I have tried chatting but no one ever comes on, I have tried emailing and there is no phone number to call. I have no products and spent a lot of money for nothing. Now I have to have my bank dispute the charges. What a joke of a company!!!

HORRIBLE customer service and a totally…

HORRIBLE customer service and a totally sketchy company even though they try to portray themselves as wonderful and angelic....in fact, now I don't trust that their products are healthy at all. They refuse to take accountabilty for being sketchy and sending out products without notifying the customer. They also refuse to work with the customer when a problem does come up.

Customer service is TERRIBLE i have…

Customer service is TERRIBLE i have emailed several times along with their chat option on website and have been left with no answers! when spending 90$ on a product you would expect it to function as it’s considered more on the high end of perfumes. I ordered two bottles for christmas presents as i LOVE the actual product but to recieve a bottle that’s completely defective and doesn’t pump with no communication from the company is completely disheartening cus at this rate ill never get a replacement in time for christmas and im out 90$! save your time and buy a product from a company that cares about customer satisfaction

Good hypoallergenic product.

I ordered from DIME as part of search for a mascara I’m not reacting to.
Following the arrival of my baby I’ve developed an allergy to something that is in most mascaras. Been using the same mascara for a long time-Bang! Contact dermatitis on the eyelids.
Tried another mascara. Same issue.
I ordered 2 allegedly hypoallergenic mascaras. One from DIME beauty and another from a Scandinavian company. So far the DIME one is the first I’m not reacting to, thank you for that. The Scandinavian arrived first and I reacted to it so DIME came in last but not least.
I’m UK based so expected at least 2 week for delivery. I ordered on 28th of July, product arrived 5th of August from across the pond I can’t really complain about that. The item I purchased was the Volume Mascara.
I’d say it does the job as a mascara should and I’m not reacting to it so I am happy with the purchase.

Another thing to note..the packaging. Obviously weight and the frame of the packaging affects the representation of the product and I was surprised to find DIME mascara in such a heavy packaging that appears to me from either light metal or some mixture of plastic/metal?
Feels more luxurious than the actual luxury brands. Well done for the design I’d say!

Buyer Beware - Horrible Service


The customer service is horrible. You can only chat with someone. It takes a while to respond. I canceled my subscription for their Dewy Cream only to find out another account was opened under my email name which was different from my maiden name used on a previous subscription. My card was charged. I think the product is good. The service is HORRIBLE!!!! I think I was scammed and will cancel my card.

Response to reply: I did setup up a subscription under the name that is on my credit card. The subscription was for a Dewy Day Cream. That subscription was cancelled. My account under this name has been active for some time. I have ordered several merchandise from Dime beauty which equates to a great sum of money spent. There would be no reason to open up another account after the initial account was opened.

I DID NOT setup an account under another name. That name is not on my credit card. Dime Beauty has not been able to provide proof that I setup an additional account under a name that I do not use for business. In addition the account had the incorrect email address. Therefore, I would not receive an email indicating the account was setup. I did not setup a subscription for the serum.

To return the item I was told I have to incur the cost to return and then be credited. I don't trust this policy.

I stand by my concern regarding Dime Beauty providing a secure site for ordering merchandise.

Company is a SHAM

Company is a SHAM. They keep your credit card on file and bill everyone 1.32 a month. Too little for anyone to do anything about it. Total scam though.

I placed my order May 30th

I placed my order May 30th, it’s now June 9th and it says it has been in Austin for several days now (near delivery address). No response from customer service.

Will not be ordering from the website again.

The worst customer service I’ve had the…

The worst customer service I’ve had the displeasure of talking (messaging) with. It took over two hours through their chat (they don’t respond to emails) and they just went around and around in circles not helping me and then sending generic responses. It was so pointless and extremely frustrating. If you their need customer service, I’m so sorry. I’m hesitant to order from them again because I never want to deals you their customer service again.
Also- their tinted sunscreen don’t have their shades listed on the bottle, so it’s impossible to know for sure which on you have for when you order any to re order.
And their exchange program is very confusing, it does not explain the process at all.
I think the company needs some major work.

Shipping from this company is terrible

Shipping from this company is terrible. I placed an order Dec 3rd- thinking I would have it in time to take with me on my vacation- boy was I wrong! Dec 16th and I STILL haven't received my order! I contacted them by email, but they obviously don't care- didn't offer to put a rush on your order since it's been so long. Didn't offer any coupon for next purchase etc. Just poor customer service- sad because the products are good, but I def won't be ordering from them again.

Great products reasonable price.

I love their products they make your skin glow and you can always find a discount. Through Facebook messenger or you can talk to them and ask them questions about the products and they are so great to answer and help you my granddaughter couldn’t get her skin to clear up and she tried the blue oil and for the first time ever she got rid of her acne scars.

MUST TRY DIME

I first was using ONLY Clnique, skin care. Believing they were the best, skin care out there. I tried MANY other skin care brands, ONLY to find it made my skin WORSE.
Then I found DIME skin care! The results are AMAZING... My skin NEVER had that HEALTHY GLOW from within until NOW. And there products, ALL work together, to make your skin be the best it can be! Its 100% satisfaction or your money back..TRUST me, you'll love your skin even more then now, once you give DIME a LUEX brand, that everyone can afford a try. I will NEVER, use or TRUST anything else, but DIME skin care line.( NO I was not paid or been getting, any DIME products for free) This review is HOW I 100% TRULY feel about this company!
