I purchased an item, where it always said under transit and when i click tracking it takes to china website. I therefore requested to cancel and refund my order straight away. The customer care requested not to reject the parcel as it'd be difficult to track. So i accepted and i ended up paying £10 for postal plus more than a month didn't get the refund. I had to raise a dispute with credit card bank finally. The seller got the item returned but refuses to pay as there is a dispute raised. On other note, they don't have a contact number and only reply once a day on emails, its very difficult to contact the customer team. I'd always spend more and buy from high street shops or amazon or ebay where you got some guarantee on returns and goods....

Just received my refund through PayPal, thank goodness they had my back. Made my purchase order to Dimprice, they took the money and I never heard a thing, not even a confirmation of my order. Would not recommend.

Before ordering I read the reviews as I had never heard of Dimprice. The reviews were a mixture of positive and negative, I decided to order apple AirPods 3rd gen. I placed my order on Friday and my package came the following Friday. The website provides live tracking and this helped a lot as I could see anytime where my package has got to.
Im really glad I decided to purchase my AirPods from Dimprice, they saved me a lot of money. I will be ordering more products in the future.

Delivered our camera without any issues!
After reading the reviews we were a little concerned the significantly cheaper priced camera was too good to be true. We were pleasantly surprised that our concerns were unfounded.
The camera was an absolute bargain, far cheaper than any where else. The delivery was within the time frames specified. Arrived on day 8. The tracking was easy to follow. We did email Dimprice and they emailed back within a couple of hours. We are thrilled to bits with our new camera.

Ordered a games console from Dimprice - once the payment was taken from my credit card I heard nothing - no emails confirming order etc. They don't have a customer service number I can call. I left a message on the 'contact us' section of their website but again heard nothing.
The website seems to be a scam - I will now have to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back.

I live in the UK, I ordered the latest Apple iPad on Dimprice’s Uk website. A US iPad turned up. Having had issues previously with a US laptop being sent instead of a UK laptop from another supplier (it had the wrong keyboard layout), I attempted to contact customer service via email, WhatsApp and website message box(they do not provide a contact phone number). I have had no response from any. To top it off they sent a shaving adaptor plug not a USB C plug comparable with the Lead (the plug in the Apple box is for the US).

The phone is a Chinese model converted for UK use
Google Pay will not allow me to upload card details for contactless because it has been rooted which means
Root access is a means of bypassing the default security protections built in the operating system leaving the device and data open to hackers, and you won't be able to install latest security updates

Well late (6-8 day delivery quote) but everything OK apart from I was given a poor quality UK plug that I had to replace because the Chinese plug kept falling out.
I had to order elsewhere because it was so late and then had to cancel with the company because this then arrived.
I’ll up my experience from a 2 star to a 3 star due to very late delivery from that given to me.

Ordered a tablet from this discount company and received no email confirmation though I could log in and track my order. After more than a week waiting for the delivery, I tried calling to confirm a delivery date and ask for an email confirmation. The mobile number was unobtainable and any emails sent since have not even been acknowledged let alone replied to. I got in touch with my bank who have refunded me but that does not help get a tablet for my husbands Christmas present ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR GOODS AND THEY WON'T COMMUNICATE. Interestingly, the reviews up to the time I ordered the item were good - now the star rating is down from 5 stars to 2! I am just pleased I was able to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered the apple watch for a Christmas gift. The item was tracked and said it was in transit for 8 days on the way to be delivered to Australia. On day 8 I received an email saying that it couldn't be fulfilled and canceled completely.
Perplexed me how an item couldn't be fulfilled when it clearly has gone through customs, despatched from the ports and marked as in-transit. No reason was given as to why the watch couldn't be fulfilled.
I bought this item in the hopes that I could avoid the peak Christmas congestion. Now I am left without a gift as I am heading overseas next week. To add injury to insult I was charged a foreign transaction fee that was never refunded. I am reporting this company to consumer watchdog Australia for their unethical behaviour.

Price was good and they delivered on time, but cheeky to be selling foreign phones as the warranty won't be honoured by Samsung UK.
