Extremely fast service.

I recently bought The Tint Eastwood glasses, and they are exactly what I was looking for. Initially, the wrong pair was sent, but the team was incredibly quick to fix the error and send me the correct glasses. The effort they put into resolving the issue won me over.

I ordered some sunglasses and I could not be happier. The glasses are lightweight, comfortable and incredibly stylish. They go with everything, whether casual or formal. Shipping was impressively fast and packaging addded a luxurious touch. Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered some glasses in the Black Friday sales on the 29th November which said 1-2 days for delivery. I received no email to say the glasses had been dispatched so on the 3rd December I emailed Dinelli for an update to which they responded on the 4th December apologising for the delay due to Black Friday and that my order would be dispatched by the end of the week. Again I received no notification of dispatch so I chased again on the 7th December and this time received no response. I chased once again on the 11th December and still no response, so I tried again on the 16th December. Today (17th December) I received a refund notification email with no explanation as to why this has been refunded and there has been no acknowledgment of my previous emails. Really is shameful customer service and I would think twice about ordering from this company!!!! Not happy at all!!!!

The customer service is great.

I received a response on a Saturday to an issue within minutes! Then the problem was solved within a few days. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I must say this is the first time I've received such a quick resolution when I contact brands. Very impressive for a new brand!

The team was so helpful with my return, this is one of the best customer service experiences I've had with an online business! The glasses were lovely and nice quality but didn't suit me so I'll be buying another pair and shopping here again in the future.

Poor customer service & returns policy

Bought a pair in black Friday, little did I know my wife had bought me the same pair (as a Christmas gift) so I requested to return my pair.
The company provided a swift response but says items bought in Black Friday were non eligible for return- I have never seen this behaviour or stance taken by any other retailer unless a closing down sale- terrible customer service.
Sadly this seems like another ‘influencer’ trying to make a quick buck and taking advantage of their platform & followers rather than seriously looking to build a reputable brand- I would avoid for this reason

Awful customer service

Awful customer service
Quick delivery was the only positive. Return procedure an absolute joke. Emailed to authorise return, still waiting for a response. So I sent the item back with a letter inside explaining I’ve contacted and want a return and a refund. Still waiting for a response from that and multiple emails since too. Lost money now due to their incompetence!

Damaged product- NO RESPONSE

I purchased two pairs of sunglasses, but one arrived bent and damaged. I immediately reached out to request a refund, but I've received no response. The customer service has been terrible—completely unresponsive. Very disappointed with this experience.

Warning ⛔️ Refund Policy is a Scam

Disappointed is understatement before purchasing item checked to if I could return looking a refund policy as new company as I have a narrow face and this can be difficult to find glasses. Do not buy from this company as delay responses to requests for refunds and falsely display a no refund message on products even though it is a legal right within 14 days. So basically the you can’t return or get a refund will be reporting this company and wish id looked on here before purchasing don’t fall for the instagram hype from the owners and family.

Also agree with writing own reviews to get rating up…
