Super tasty, I always get what I ordered on the day I need, and the fact they are frozen with clear instructions on every pack means I can use them when I want in whatever quantity I want. The black prawn ones are especially good

I’ve been ordering for almost five years now. Love it so much for having friends over and sometimes just for my partner and I to make a weekend meal a bit more exciting. I’ve enjoyed pretty much every box they offer and I like that they change them up/ add new boxes fairly often. Also enjoy the fun and funny emails they send out:) Will keep ordering as long as they are around!

We often order from Ding Dim Sum for special occasions, it makes for a lovely evening in where we cook the dumplings and enjoy them together for a quiet date night or celebration. The dumplings taste really nice, easy to cook and the instructions are easy to read a follow. I would advise ordering the dips too they are delicious! Definitely worth ordering

We use them all the time when we want a special interactive evening with friends. So yummy and easy and always a talking point.

We've had numerous orders, from their just dumplings bags to boxes and individual dim sum. We have our own steamer but we ordered a box for a family staycation and the disposable one worked a treat. Our favourites are the siu mai selection and the soup dumplings. The custard buns are delicious and we also love the prawn gyozas. Would definitely recommend and on the rare occasion we've had an issue with delivery (once in the many times we've ordered) they sorted it out straight away with no questions. Really brilliant service.

We’ve had quite a few boxes now from these guys. It makes our date nights a little bit more special once’s the kids have gone to bed and we can make an easy buy delicious meal to have together! I love how easy to make these area, only taking a short time to make and minimal pot washing too! We love the boxes, and the dumplings are always such a treat.

Arrived defrosted...contacted the support team and got a long email that seemed to be very dismissive of this. Did not get the steamer either despite asking for one. Great marketing...poor delivery. These are just frozen products you could buy from for half the price, repackaged and well branded.

'We do hope that you didn’t assume the dim sum was defrosted because the dry ice packs were empty as this is what we would expect and it would be such a shame! The rip in the bag would not cause the dry ice to sublimate quicker as the plastic bag is only for ease of using the dry ice rather than to keep it cool.

I’m afraid we cannot replace or refund any order delivered in time and as expected without any photo evidence of damage to the food itself. And especially if it was thrown away without checking.' a lovely response and very patronising....we do hope you didn't assume - eye roll

I placed an order to be delivered on a specific day as a treat for my mum who I was visiting that evening. Unfortunately there was an 'unexpected error' with DPD, and it wasn't delivered until the following day by which point I had already left. This was the second time I had ordered and the second time DPD failed to deliver on the specified day. I raised this with the company and was met with a brick wall. I was first of all advised that on the ordering pages, it makes it clear on the delivery date page that they cannot guarantee delivery on the specified day, which I responded to and pointed out that it does not - in fact it says the opposite - it states delivery will be made on your chosen day. The response I got ignored this and simply referred me to the small print in their shipping policy, and I was not offered any kind of resolution. I spent over £60 on this order for it not be enjoyed as intended - my mum doesn't have that kind of space in the freezer and so it was a waste. I am very disappointed not only in the delivery service but also in the customer service I received.

Really tasty, quick- would highly recommend

We really enjoyed this, we were a bit confused to start with as the instructions aren't that great, but once we read them a few times and worked out all the timings it was easy peasy. The flavours and variety are both great and we enjoyed all of the dipping sauces. We had the edamame beans in with the slaw and it was well nice. I think the price range is dead on for the amount of food you get and I now want to buy myself a bamboo Steamer as I'll deffo be ordering more. I will try the dessert next time also. Our fave were the gyozas because they get fried after and have a nice crunch to them. So many flavours that all work very well together!

What a unique and novel meal plenty of food for 2 person and love the fact they cook from frozen very tasty dips were excellent and again plenty of them will definitely order again

My items that I ordered where all in the box my only thing the sticky sauce for the ribs had leaky so a bit of a clearing up to do emailed company good customer service they sent replacement and extra steamer and dipping sauce I agree with others better off buying from Waitrose due to the leaking sauce whilst traveling very nice dim sum they need to look at packaging a lot better than it is

The dim sum on their site looked so fab, but the box they delivered was drab. The instructions were wrong, and the sides never came along— It felt like a disappointing grab.

My "free" side was not sent, however their T&Cs contain a really nice get-out-of-jail-free-card: "We reserve the right to change this gift without prior notice. Such gifts are not guaranteed to be delivered with your purchase, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. In such case that a gift is not sent with an order, the request for a refund will not be valid."

A great product and even better customer service. I have been a customer of DDDS for some years already.
Recently had an order that got delayed due to an issue with the delivery company. DDDS reached out proactively before i'd even seen a delay note with an apology, a solution and a delivery refund. I received my order less than 24 hours after original expected delivery time. How rare it is these days to see such proactivity and action - I will always appreciate a company that supports through issues in this way.

I have ordered dim sum many times over the past couple of years from this company and always found the meal kits really good and tasty albeit slightly pricey, but it's a nice treat. However, the last couple of kits I have ordered, the quality seems to have declined. You used to get a carrot In the kit to make the slaw with the edamame beans but you don't receive this any more. (Not the end of the world as I can buy a carrot) In the most recent kit I ordered last week I should have received two green dumplings (the vegan kit) however I received two white inedible dumplings that had spilt and stuck to the packaging. We couldn't use them, as they had split and we were unsure if they contained meat. I have contacted the company about this but received no acknowledgement or response which I find disappointing especially as I have been a regular customer. Sadly, due to this experience I'm not sure I will order again.

Absolutely the best I've had outside of Hakkasan and Yuatcha (and they are eat in and much pricier!. For cook at home this beats all others. Tasty with great textures. Easy to cook. INstructions worked out well.

Will definitely be ordering again

Wouldn’t recommend, ordered for a New Year’s Eve party and was really disappointed. The spring rolls ordered were missing, the sets ordered stated green buns but we didn’t have them, they were white ones. Send three messages to this now and haven’t yet received any response or acknowledgment. In addition to be very disappointed with the quality of it, we were all disappointed and majority went in the bin.
