I purchased a Gildan mock up pack by PixelSauce. After paying, the download did not work. The file was corrupted (tried different computers, browsers etc). I contacted Dinglay and got no response. I contacted PixedlSauce who said "Sorry but you’ve unfortunately purchased the bundle from an unauthorised site that’s selling the files illegally. We’ve tried many times to get it taken down but had no success.

So unfortunately all I can recommend is filing a chargeback with your bank and purchasing directly from us."

I tried contacting DInglay (only an email is available, no other method) and got no response. I will therefore be avoiding Dinglay from now on.

This site has stolen content, even our content are stolen, We are going to take this matter seriously and file legal case against the site owner. Remove all of our products asap.

There is more information about their copyright lawyer than information about customer support on the entire website. Identity and location of the operators are shrouded, and every E-Mail adress you can find has a different website name (dinglay, dinglays, gmail, ..)

Unfortunately, I bought from their store and received an empty .rar file in return.

This site is full of stolen content taken illegally without the permission from the original creators. I know because I am one of the creators. Do not support this person. Find the original creators of the content and support them instead.
