Sales/Customer Service Rep Sean was very helpful. He assisted me with constructing my order, as I didn't need a traditional bedroom set. He was patient and knowledgeable in helping me complete and be happy with my order. I very much appreciated his help.

I searched the Internet for an Aico Dresser and came upon the company Emma Watson/ Diningrooms outlet.com. I called the company and spoke to a gentlemen named Gregg Sharma. He was super helpful. He knew the product, he knew what I wanted and went the extra mile to put an item on the website for me that wasn't there. That's the kind of salespeople we need. Amazing service, very friendly and highly skilled gentleman. I recommend this furniture company. You can buy from the phone, and I was very impressed with Gregg's professionalism and customer service.

I’ve been going back-and-forth with them for a few weeks now and today. I finally pulled the plug on my bed Thanks to Gregg. He was kind as well as efficient and detailed.

I ordered a table and it took 2+ months to arrive. spent over 1,200 . When it did arrive it was damaged/chipped in several spots. The finish work was awful. Called cust svd. while delivery men were still her bc that what the said to do. Stayed on hold for 30-40 min. They offer me a $40 credit or return pieces. Said they may be able to get more credit. Still haven't recd credit weeks later. Poor quality and poor customer service. Never again.

I bought a table from them for $396.44 then was charged $399.99 for shipping and handling that I was unaware of until I had paid the bill. I thought I was getting a table and 4 chairs. When I contacted them they made no attempt to correct the problem. I found out I could have bought the table locally for $20+ less and no shipping and handling. The transaction was a rid off.
