I just ordered a really pricey (for me) couch from these guys over the phone and John was super helpful! He told me if they had the pieces in stock and was able to estimate a delivery window which was my main concern. He walked me through everything and was really pleasant. I guess it just felt less painful to drop a whole paycheck on a couch since they had some great customer support… plus this was the cheapest place I found this exact couch and it was listed on 4-5 other sites. Can’t wait for the couch to arrive now!
